Nice hotel with luggage storage. A little expensive compared to what you might find but it does the job

The actual experience with weco stay was positive and Iโve stayed at two different properties now. However, the management of this building (itโs a mixed use building not just hotel rooms) created an unsafe environment during our most recent stay. One of the elevators was broken and we were stuck inside for 20+ minutes but management did not respond to the emergency call button and eventually we had to get rescued by emergency responders after calling a national help line. On top of that management kept the broken elevator in service against direct instructions from the emergency responders.I can recommend staying at weco stay but one of their other locations, such as Namsan, which are nearby.

Wecostay Myeongdong is located in the Chungmuro area within walking distance of the Chungmuro station and Euljiro 4-ga stations, making it very convenient to get around Seoul. There are also 2 convenience stores in walking distance (7-Eleven across the street and Nice to CU). The apartment is nice and cozy, and comes equipped with decent wifi, a small kitchen with utensils and pots/pans, large fridge with freezer, and a 2-in-1 washer/dryer. Only shortfall is that the building has 15 floors but only 2 elevators which are not connected to each other. It's a pretty busy apartment building so going up/down the elevator can be very slow especially in the afternoon/evenings. But this is a pretty minor inconvenience compared to all the other advantages of staying here!

The hotel was larger than most hotel in myeongdong area. They have a self check in and has a luggage storage for 1 day before and after your stay if you need it. Transportation is easy. There are 2 subway station near it that is 5 mins and 8 mins away. Very near to the bus stop. There are 2 or 3 convinience store near it. And has a lot of food choices, but they open really late at around 10 am. So if you need early breakfast, very few open early. This is more of a airbnb type, before you book, you need to know that they dont clean your room everyday and you have to dispose your own garbage. But they are very responsive if you need anything. And they have very good smelling toiletries ๐.
