Right next to exit 3 of the station!Cheonggyecheon is also about 1 minute away, and Gwangjang Market is just beyond, and DDP and Jongmyo Shrine are also within walking distance.I went for a walk in Myeong-dong and Insa-dong.There is a shared refrigerator, microwave, and water dispenser.The bathroom is spacious and you don't have to worry about getting the toilet wet if you take a shower in the bathtub (no stopper).There was shampoo, body soap, hand soap, hair dryer bath towel, and face towel.You can stay comfortably with air conditioning in the summer and Ondol in the cold season.It's not a hotel, so it doesn't have clean or fluffy beds, but I think the cost performance is good.

Stayed at this guest house during our short vacation in Seoul. This is located very close to Euljiro 4 (sa)ga Metro station and it is very convenient to access the public transport. Room was clean and comfortable for the price paid. Wash room was also fine. There is a shared pantry where you can prepare your noodles and eat. That is also not not much occupied. Hot water is available thru water dispensers. Suggesting bring a flask and a bottle to keep the water inside the room.Good location, worthy price. Recommended if you are seeking a budget stay.

Black mold. Sheets were not changed by the time we're checking in. We didn't stay there anyway because of black mold. Of course, no refunds were provided by the host.

Great location in the heart of the city. just few minutes walk from Euljiro 4(sa)ga Metro station. The staff named Jun was very helpful in doing the arrangements and contactable thru whatsapp. They let us keep bags and go till checkin time. Rooms are comfortable and the bathroom was great. Floor heating was available. Good value for money. highly recommended for travelers.

They don’t have elevator.The room&toilet is dirty and moldy.The bathtub is even clogged!Very outdated pictures in the listing.The staff is responsive in their whatsapp account.

Beware of mold, the whole room is covered in it! It was not safe to stay there so I tired leaving right after I checked in but they would not give me a refund. Place should be shutdown until the mold is removed.

Good for the cost. Nice location. Helpful staff. Bathroom shower didn't have a curtain so that would be my only recommendation, but basically unlimited towels - you just grab in the afternoon when they put them out.

Really loved our stay at the Hipzy Guest House! It was cozy and great value for money. Owner was extremely friendly and accommodating to the guests. Although there were some issues with the water when we stayed (not the owner's fault), he went above and beyond to make sure he made the situation as comfortable as possible for us. As one of our group members wanted to go climbing, he even recommended us a nearby place to try!

Comfortable room but bathroom a little dated. Hall corridors a bit messy. So I had to call the staff to get the bathtub plug. Finally, pay attention to the price displayed on agoda, because the establishment adds 10% fees on card payments!

The quality-price is very good. It is also very well located. The guy at reception takes your suitcases to your room. You have towels at your disposal. In the bathroom there is shampoo, conditioner and gel. The only bad thing is that they could put curtains in the bathtub because the water leaks out when showering.
