The hotel is opposite Seoul Station. To get there by taking exit number 3 from the station, you cross the street and you will arrive in 5 minutes. On Google maps the marker is not very precise. If you are traveling in pairs with large luggage, a first person goes to scout and then comes back to collect the luggage. Once you arrive you have several access codes, one to the entrance and the other to your room. You will need to remove your shoes to keep the entrance clean. The bedroom and kitchen are well equipped. The only problem is that the shower is in the toilet. You will have to adapt to it (very local). Very good restaurant to recommend when leaving the street on the left where you eat pork chops (tiny crumbs) with potatoes.

We arrived before check-in time and left our suitcases in the lobby.We had taken the option of paying for the family room on site, but upon our arrival, Booking had debited the account.The room we chose was not the one we got. Nevertheless, the room is clean, just one of the air conditioners which was super noisy.The toilets are small and not very clean.The hotel is 5 minutes from Seoul Station. Given the price, don't expect anything luxurious. If you are very particular about cleanliness, skip your turn.We needed it for one night, just to get to the airport the next day and it was enough, but for more than one night I would look at something else.

The room has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and it is very close to the train station. For me the worst thing is the check in time which is at 4 pm, but they store your luggage and you need it.

The room is fine and we'll equipped, the location is excellent. Just around the corner of Seoul Station. The bathroom however is a joke. First, you can't really open the door. Second, you need to through all tissues in a bin. Third, it is not really a bathroom, it's more a toilet where a shower head is installed. More specifically, it is installed right above the toilet seat causing everything get soaking wet. That's not quite exceptional for Korean showers but this "bathroom" it's so tiny, you need to take of toilet paper before you decide to have a shower.

Best thing is the location and price.Bathroom is horrible and the smell of cesspool is disgusting. Also is it rusted and old.Family room with one bright Industrie light and no decent sleeping light.WiFi password missing in the room.Check-in time 1600 is also unusual.

The location of the guesthouse is truly unbeatable. The beds were clean, which unfortunately cannot be said about the bathroom. This was completely moldy and therefore smelled very unpleasant. The smell is also drawn into the room and the bed linen. All in all a good accommodation but with a lot of room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

Great location. The Room was very neat and clean. Host is very accommodating and helpful. We arrived with a lot of luggage, that was very heavy, and he kindly offered to help us carry it up the stairs. He also helped arrange transport to the airport. He was available for any questions and was very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone staying in Seoul.
