best experience!! First time staying at a homestay which is super worth it, the price is cheap but the facilities are not cheap, Samsek. the atmosphere is quiet so it is suitable for a place to rest. The songs played in the lobby are also comfortable to the ears so if you're working in the lobby it's also nice. There's a reading corner too and the books are good. the place is neat and smells great, minus a lot of mosquitoes because it's close to the garden π₯ but overall it's really worth itπππ

This is the first time there is a homestay that is super duper homie, the service is very satisfying, the rooms are nice and really clean, the staff is very friendly. This is my honest review because it is that comfortable at The Mulyo Homestay.

I really recommend it, the price is cheap, the rooms are really clean, in terms of service they served us very well, we were there for 2 nights, but maybe it's a bad idea, for food maybe a different menu is provided, because for 2 days we ate the same food hehehe, so on For some reason the glass is dirty, maybe because it's not dry or the water in Jogja really doesn't understand, but overall everything is satisfactory... The area within the inn is also very green, if you want to go to the beach it's quite far, guys, but this inn is good

+ stay 1 night on a long weekend and there are no special prices wowwww+ with such a cheap price you can get breakfast, you can choose nasgor or buryam+ quiet, comfortable environment+ the air is quite hot but there is an AC that functions well even though it looks old+ cleanliness is maintained, it is understandable if there are lizard droppings+ water & heater smoothly+ TV channels are okay, even better than one of the resorts in Jogja hehe+ complete amenities like a 3 star hotel, there is coffee tea, electric kettle, mineral water, soap, shampoo, shower cap, toothbrush+ husband left his sandals in the locker & the homestay was willing to send them to his home address, thank God- quite a lot of mosquitoes, electric mosquito repellent is provided hahaha- It would be better before guests arrive, have checked the AC, water, complete cleanliness (because when they arrived it turned out the AC remote battery was dead)- It would be better for customers to be asked when booking whether they want a double bed or single bed if they forget to order hehe- wifi is not smoothOverall recommended

One of the recommended motels with relatively cheap prices, but with maximum service,the place is very comfortable, lots of plants and trees, the impression is really cool, the front yard of the room is very spacious, like at home, the place is also very neat and clean, you can also have breakfast, the service is very friendly and good.Access to beach tourist attractions is still around 20 km.

The best thing is, the service of the place, the rooms are okay, clean, the location is near the Alfamart end and other snack places so you don't worry about being hungry in the middle of the night ππ the kids also feel at home...they don't want to be invited home...

The place is clean, comfortable, the service is friendly, there is a nice garden in front of the room, close to the pump, if you want to look for food it's close by & there are lots of them selling, you can have fried rice for breakfast which tastes really good, highly recommended for those who want to stay and go on holiday, so I want to stay there againβ€οΈβ€οΈ β€οΈβ€οΈπ

I have arrived at the mulyo and said that no room available, actually only 2 cars parking (the owner car or guests? No clear for me) the front office girls said no vacancy??

The reason I chose here was because I saw the reviews on Google, and when I got here, masya Allah, the rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was calm, the hotel class facilities were nothing short of basic.The price is pocket friendly compared to nearby hotels, but the facilities are better there...
