First of all, I want to emphasize - we liked staying at this hotel, it lived up to our expectations in the current price category with this location almost 100%. So, the location of the hotel, without exaggeration, is amazing! A hundred meters to the park (Mountain in fact) Namsan, a couple of steps to a good network coffee shop, restaurants, the deposit places of WOW PASS and transport cards, the entrance to the subway and a small grocery store. Literally a few metro stops to the most important attractions of the Center of Seoul, to its main castles, shrines and museums. Also, the largest market of Korea, Namdaemun Market, is also located across the road, and a little further - the shopping and entertainment area Myeongdon. When we found the hotel - there was no one at the reception. We waited for an hour and a half, then simply took the key with a piece of paper with our name and found our room. Maybe it is OK in Korea, but it is also worth saying that if something is wrong with your room, you can't complain to no one, as assembling to change the number for example. It happened to us: the key was from the side room on the first floor, the only window of which goes to the entrance to the hotel. At best, it opens in the small window mode, but in this case, we clearly heard any noise and chat outside. It is obviously that with privacy there were some difficulties. It often happened that in the evening, guests were coming with heavy noisy suitcases or someone just sitting outside and talking as if he was with you in the room. So, the walls were not soundproof at all. Plus, right under our window there were garbage bins.We met the staff only on the third day of our stay. Then I realized that the garbage from the room here is carried out on its own and found garbage bags in the corridor. I will not record it in the minuses, it is easy for me to engage in small affairs on the housework, just an interesting fact: your room never will be cleaned throughout your stay here. Maybe someone will like it even more this way, I do not know. I also want to add that the light in the hallway of your number does not turn off, it always turned on. Because of this, it is necessary to close the door, which apparently swam from moisture and creates a feeling of sealing the Tomb of Pharaoh.I liked the functionality of our "Watchtower at the passing": the kettle, the refrigerator, and the TV. Bathroom with highlight: there is no partition between the shower, the toilet and the sink. Whoever washes there - the floor in the whole bathroom will inevitably be wet. There are special slippers, though. Water in Korea is soft, pleasant, the shower is working as it should, but we were a little confused with the lack of a toilet brush or something like that, it delivered inconvenience. But the most important thing is why I personally can not put 5 stars - this is a bed. My wife and I got used to the fact that there may be hard beds in budget hotels, but this is ... This is a real genuine "all-metal" horror. All jokes aside, it was the most rigid bed I've ever slept on, and I once have slept on the ground in the forest. The bed is so tough that I want to cry, it seems that sleeping on the floor would be softer. We were constantly waking up at night, got up uncomfortably and dared to go to this nightmare every evening. The mattress is so hard that you want to put a blanket benith yourself so that somehow fix the situation, that's why it was also cool to sleep at the end of September. In conclusion, it is worth mentioning that the area is rather quiet. There are no nightclubs, nor bidding in restaurants downstairs. With silence and tranquility we were very pleased. There were no problems with WiFi. At the exit of the hotel there is a cooler with hot and cold water, you can replenish at any time, as well as change your own towels, they lie in the lobby next to the basket for used.Summing up, I want to recommend this hotel to budget travelers, who only had to throw a suitcase somewhere, wake up in the morning and take shower in the evening in silence.
