The staff here are horrible. They're rude and not helpful at all. When we first walked in the receptionist didn't bother greeting us and just said “passports!” After she was done with our passports she placed it on the counter and tapped on it without saying anything. No smile or explanation of anything. We asked her for information and she made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. I would have never booked this hotel but it was last minute and most of the hotels were not available. The rooms are small and dirty. The floors still had the last guests hair and there are bugs everywhere. We came here after visiting Japan and it’s a big difference from service and cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here if you want a good experience.

-Service-The front desk receptionists are so rude! The girl receptionists especially, they all have a damn attitude. The most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. No “welcome to our hotel or even a hello” instead we are greeted with “give me your passport” with a damn attitude. We came little early for our check in, so instead of telling us to come back. The girl receptionist puts the passport down starts tapping our passport. She couldn’t even hand us the passport, instead making rude gestures for us to pick it up by tapping on oir passport rapidly. What kind of disgusting and unprofessional experience we had. All the rude female receptionists should get fired. They totally ruined our first experience and I will never return to this location.-room-The rooms were a lot smaller than the pictures. We barely had room to go around the bed. Restroom was so small, you can barely get inside without touching the toilet or the sink. The restrooms were filthy dirty and it smelled like mildew. There were moldy spots around the bath tub. There are dirty stains on the towel rack. There were black bugs around the room. The beds had hair and dirt. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

The staff was exceptionally helpful. I stayed here twice during a long stay in Korea. During my second stay I was disturbed during the night by sounds from the tubes (a noise, like a hissing sound, when people flushed water in the tubes). I asked to change room and the staff helped me immediately and I could get a room where I was not disturbed. The location of this hotel is excellent. The rooms are small and there is not much space for luggage. The bathrooms are also small and the light is not strong so it is difficult to put on makeup, as another reviewer has commented. It is a hotel with a low-budget style, and for a short stay in Seoul when a location near Myeongdong is important, this hotel might be a good choice.

Good value of money. 5-10 minutes walking distances to Myeongdong, not far to subway and bus station. ||Staff are friendly and professional. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. There are Cowan hot and cold water machine on every floor. It can make ice as well.

Great location. Close to Myeongdong. The staff was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay because of flight issues. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Seoul. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Great value and great location (close to subway and decent walking distance to Myeongdong).Rooms are small but has a unique layout making it good for up to 4 people (queen beds with loft layout). Only downside is that the elevators can be busy at certain times of the day.

Modern and new property but basic service and facilities (more like what you would get from a serviced appartement instead of a real hotel).Room is nice and smartly designed to make best use of the relatively small space however the bathroom was very cramped with a super tiny wash basin.Breakfast was really poor and has to be improved, there was no fruits, no yogurt, basically almost no western options.Location is excellent and super convenient!

This place is horrible. I do not recommend. The lady receptionist was rude and had no patience when we checked in. We stayed on the 13th floor and found some bugs on the floor and the towel. The bathroom sink was so tiny and easy to splash water. Also, the room was so tiny and could only open one luggage at a time. The only plus is that the hotel location is convenient.
