1. When I went to leave my luggage, they advised me that if I checked in later than the designated check-in time, I would be given a larger room even if I was in the same class. Okay2. After sending in my schedule, I went late as promised, but they said this was the only room left and gave me a corner room on the first floor. It was noisy from the morning with the sound of people coming and going, so I couldn't sleep.3. When I complained when checking out, they said it was the largest room. Since I can't see all the rooms, I can't confirm if it's true (the person on duty in the early morning said that was the only room left, and the person in charge of checking out gave a different explanation that it was the largest room)+This is for 2 people, but they only provide 3 towels.

I've used it every time, and it's cheap and the facilities are good.The counter people are also friendly.However, one thing that was a bit disappointing was that things like combs and hair spray were not provided, so I was a bit confused. I'm not sure if I checked into a room that I couldn't fill, but please check.
