Incredible! The owners are very friendly, I stayed with a friend in a two person room for a little shorter than a month. It is only a 5 minute walk to Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and the subway station. They clean daily, and there are multiple toilets and showers (women/men). You are free to use the kitchen and they provide a western styled breakfast consisting of bread, eggs and coffee/tea. There is also a washing machine which you can use between certain times and a rooftop to dry your laundry. In the vicinity there are a lot of nice (relatively) cheap restaurants and there is a big supermarket on a 10 minute walking distance. Please note that you do have to walk up stairs to reach the guesthouse (it's on the first floor).

The best guesthouse that I've been to here in South Korea. The manager is really kind, understand, cool and was of a great help to me and my friends. We're really enjoying our stay in this guesthouse. They even offer free breakfast which is very rare here. I had to pay for all my breakfasts in other guesthouses, or buy groceries and cook it alone and some guesthouses offers only rice for free. However, in this guesthouse they offered us free breakfast every day Coffee or tea, hot chocolate, milk, cereals , Nutella, Jam , Bread and eggs
