This place is relatively close to LINE 3 and LINE 2 so it's quite convenient to take public transport. You can also walk 20 minutes to Myeongdong Street from here.Booked a studio with a double bed and the allocated room is on 3rd floor which is good because boy, this building is busy so imagine if you are on high level, there are only 2 lifts and they are packed most of the time we took it!The room itself is ok, not much space but it has enough amenities including microwave, stove and washer which you won't find in a hotel.

Urbanstay Myeongdong offers a compact yet thoughtfully designed apartment in an excellent location near two subway stations and close to many eateries and convenience stores.The apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchenette including a washing machine, ample storage space and adequate amenities - perfect for a longer stay.The staff at Urbanstay Myeongdong are very responsive, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests.

Highly recommend this hotel!✔️Transportation: It only takes about 3 minutes to walk to Chungmuro Subway Station (Blue Line, Orange Line) and Euljiro 3-ga (Orange Line, Green Line), and it only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Myeongdong Night Market. , really very convenient!✔️Hardware equipment: There is a washing machine in the room (laundry detergent will be provided), induction cooker, pots and bowls, chopsticks and forks, plates, TV, extension cord (but remember to bring an adapter!), refrigerator (two are included when you check in) bottle of mineral water), oven, overall it can be said that it has everything you need! With a washing machine, you can really wash all the dirty clothes right away. When we returned, we washed everything except the clothes we were wearing (later we found that if there is a washing machine, it is more than enough to carry three sets of clothes for seven days). It is really convenient. ! The room and toilet are very clean. If you want to ask someone to clean it, you can make an appointment with the hotel ~ Internet is also provided in the room!✔️Price: After staying for seven days and six nights, the average price for two people was 1,500/night per person. I personally think it is very cost-effective (and I did not book it less than a month ago, so it was relatively hasty, otherwise it would be cheaper)✔️Others: There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs✔️Note: We booked the room through agoda. Remember to ask them for your room password and door password before checking in. The entrance is not easy to find. You can first locate the "stay b hotel", which is directly opposite the urban stay. There is a shop selling yogurt and the like and a restaurant called "Nuclear Rice" on the first floor. There is an urban stay sign on the road next to the nuclear rice.

Terrible hotel. There is no cleaning. In my room on the 4th floor the flush tank was broken, the staff told me to use the toilet on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Nobody helped. Unable to contact support

If you hate chatting with AI before they willlet you talk to a real human when you call your bank or travel booking site, please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This is a loosely planned automated services apartment facility backed up by irresponsible, rude “on site” staff that are taking very long breaks. After reaching an agreement with the very difficult to find staff that I will pay W10,000 for every hour of the late checkout that i requested, totalling at W30k which will be paid upon my checkout at 2pm at their office on the 2nd floor, I left my room around 12:30 to do my laundry in the building. Then I realized that my passcode no longer works despite that my stay is extended for three hours. Then i spend the next hour and half tried to locate their staff for help - i need my luggage out of the room.I ran around first floor and second floor.knocking on every door there was. nope! the guy who managed urbanstay apartments are not around. there is no way to reach them. the qr code at the front entrance take you to talk with an chat bot that provides info such as where the laundry room us. problem like mine needs management to take care of and there was no one around.finally the maid showed up at my door at 2. through her I get to get in touch with the management. by then I’ve wasted one full hour in looking for help.what happens next is shockingly inconsiderate. they will only allow me 10 minutes to pack and go! after that their staff went for prolonged lunch and became unavailable to help, they are blaming me for taking up the room for too long! i was stillpacking! they were extremely route and won’t stop ringing the bell as i was rushing through my packing.This is the worse, rudest and most humiliating experience in receiving hospitality services. Do yourself a favor and this at all cost.

A great place to stay. Easily accessible by taxi, bus and trains (bus stop is just in front of the building while there are 2 train stations nearby). Posh locations and lots of restaurants. Its a good place if you don't want a crowded neighborhood.
