Do not stay at this hotel, especially during the summer months. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and had the absolute worse experience ever. Although the hotel itself looks beautiful, they are lacking in their services and amenities. They limited how low we were able to lower the thermostat so we literally were sweating in our room every single day and night. We came in October and it was still unbearably hot in the room even with the thermostat turned to it’s lowest allowed. If you call to bring concerns about the room temperature, they simply just tell you to open the window. We were about 5 minutes late checking out and during that span of time, 2 different people had called rush us out of the room in a very rude manner. They only had one phone on the second so that made us run up and down just to answer their calls while we were trying to leave. We had a late flight so we decided to venture out on the last day but got caught in the rain. We came back to Ananti to ask if there was a place for us to shower and change out of our wet clothes but they rudely said no. They said that once we checked out, we no longer can access anything in their facility, even though we had offered to pay to access their sauna area just for a quick change. Mind you, we just had checked out 3 hours prior and had stayed with them for a full 9 days. Don’t believe the people who recommends this place through social media. Also, if you plan on taking a tax to explore Seoul then this location is ok but if you plan on taking public transportation then you are about 45mins to 1 hr from all the main attractions/ areas. Multiple transfers will be required but buses and subways do come often.

The hardware is generally good, and there is a beautiful gym. One of the concierges was very nice and helpful. If I hadn't met him, I would only have given one star.We asked the hotel to make an appointment for airport drop-off service, but the driver was late that day! Worried about missing the flight, we called another car, but the hotel charged us the full amount! Very unreasonable and unreliable!

Love love loved this place! The pools the rooms and the food amazing. So are the hotel staff they were wonderful! We only stayed for 3 nights but it was such a lovely hotel to come back to each day. The only downfall is laundry has to be taken to reception and when we were leaving the porter didn’t not help my aunt with her bags I had to call him a few times and they were quite big bags I would have thought he should know to help with suitcases…

A couple with two children rested at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Use cabin F typeUse both indoor and outdoor swimming poolsA two-story structure that children loveThe bed was big enough, which was nice.Breakfast wasn't enough for a buffet, but it was okay because there was a choice of main dishes. I think it would be better to have steak instead of seafood.No matter how you take pictures of the swimming pool, the pictures are pretty.I was also satisfied with using the lounge in another building.I enjoyed Part 2 of the Club Lounge Happy Hour.The gym equipment and technogym facilities are really good.There were very few people using the sauna, so my family went there one by one, but they said they were the only ones there.Overall, I am very satisfied except for the somewhat high hotel fee.

Love the design.The staff and service are rude and inconsiderate. I checked in at 1pm and the room was not ready but I gave them my passport for documentation after I came back at 11pm. They asked me to give them the passport again lol. What a service. Josue Palace is better in service.

Pros:|1. Great interior design|2. Huge bedroom|3. Great location||Cons:|1. The AC won't go down below 24 degree celcius, the room was very hot and humid|2. No TV|3. Staff aren't helpfull with the luggage||Overall it doesn't feel like staying in an expensive hotel. It's like staying in a 3 star hotel wrapped in beautiful facade.
