Perfect location, nearby subway station, stores, malls, etc. Room compacted, but nice because of private bathroom. There is a shared and small kitchen you can prepare a quick things to eat. The room have towel, paper towel and blanket. But you must provide shampoo, soap, etc.

Correct experience. I had booked an eco single room for 3 nights.The pluses: cleanliness, price, location, plenty of storage, unlimited kimchi and rice available, free washing machine, very welcoming host.The minuses: poor soundproofing (I was clearly waiting for the neighbor and the work outside), very small and somewhat dated room, no window to the outside but to the common area, cracked toilet seat, desk too small (just space for a PC and mouse), no possibility of spreading out, soap and shampoo not provided, bed a little stiff.

Cony House located at apgujeong rodeo... its actually in the Gangnam neighborhood. Only a few meters away from train station with the same name - Apgujeong Rodeo. The staff are very helpful even though struggling with the language. Translation apps is very useful. Be mindful no lift and staircase very steep. Fret not the staff is more than happy to assist you anytime of the day. Its really budget-friendly and very strategic. Stayed for almost a week here and the last two days were upgraded to a larger room on the basement floor. Much better than to climb staircase for the third floor every now and then. Specialty of third floor is that they prepared a hot rice and also kimchi for everyone... if you dont want to stop and change train stations back to the airport, you can also board a bus that will bring you directly to the airport. Just make sure you check the time, bus number and also the correct bua stop. Its a bit pricier option than the train but at least you dont have to change trains with big luggages...

Location is best. Both bus and subway near! All restaurants and stores near too! Walking distance to many touristy places like kstar road etc! Shopping a lil on higher side cos its Gangnam! Place is tiny like all other accommodations of these sorta but clean n comfy!

Evaluation CommentsThe manager will be the first to explain everything about the common areas and private rooms.・Common areasVery clean. The manager vacuumed and cleaned it every day.There is a floor exclusively for women.The entrance will be automatically locked at night.There is one shared washing machine. Detergent is free. It is also free to run the washing machine.There is a shared water server. There is both cold water and hot water. It's free and unlimited to use.There is a shared kitchen.There is also a microwave.There is free cooked white rice and homemade kimchi in the fridge on another floor.・Private roomIt's a small but clean private room.A study desk, a chair, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, a single bed, a small closet, a luggage rack, a TV, and a unit shower (a flush toilet with a lid and a small sink with a shower attached) are compactly placed in the room. It fits in.Personally, I felt that the bed was hard.The air conditioner worked immediately.The shower took about a minute to get hot, but from there I was able to quickly adjust the temperature by raising or lowering the water temperature. Water pressure can also be increased or decreased while maintaining the temperature. Slippers with good drainage were also placed in the unit shower. You will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but there is also a table to put them on. First, they will lend you two face towels. You can borrow a hair dryer from the front desk on the first floor and return it when you check out.I stayed for 5 nights. It was a very nice house where you could feel the gentle care of the manager who thought about the people staying there. The room was clean, compact and very comfortable.

The hotel is not very clean, but the manager was very nice and it was a comfortable stay.Convenient as there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the bus stop and station are also nearby.Best of all, it's very cheap!
