Very bad experience. When i checked in the staff wasn’t even there. They just contact me through kakao talk. The room for 3 people is too small, dirty bed sheet and blanket. The bathroom is very small and dirty. A lot of amenities bottles (shampoo, conditioner, soap) but all were empty 🙂. There was also a used toothbrush and toothpaste on the sink🤢When i open the fridge in the room, i found an half filled opened mineral water. Seems like it belonged to previous guest. I have no idea whether they cleaned up the room after used by the previous guest or not. A lot of dust on the window. The public space (kitchen and washing machine) on the first floor was full of towel laundry and really messy, more like a storage room.The pictures and review from Agoda don’t do justice to the real condition of Sio Hostel. No positive point from this place. Stay away! Just found another place! Hope no more people get scam 😤

I stayed with Daniel for Thanksgiving and was able to enjoy a traditional Korean dinner of samgyapsal and deokgalbi. He cooked for us and it was an enjoyable experience overall. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were so friendly and accomodating

I DON’T TRUST THE REVIEWS FROM AGODA ANYMORE!I wrote to the hostel couple times before we checked in late, and I wanted to know the latest service time at their counter, but they didn't reply to my email. Until we asked our local friends to help us get into the hostel directly and ask for the room code. As we get in the room, it’s quite cold and there’s no heating, Towels and hair dryer in basket is messy like somebody used, the toilet cover is separated, my friend almost fell down. Water will leak from the head of the lotus tent. The sheets look dirty and bloodstained. We didn't see any hostel staff here from check-in to check-out.Anyways, is totally a nightmare, I'd rather stay on the street than go into this house again.

Warning! Catastrophic experience with Sio Hostel! The room was really small and the furniture pretty worn out. When we checked the beds we saw that both the bed sheets and mattress were really dirty (yellow and brown stains). Also the bath room was poorly cleaned and equipped. We immediately contacted the host and he/she simply told us we would get a refund the next day - not even trying to fix the situation. After this initial conversation the host stopped responding and we are currently trying to sort it out with Expedia and get our money back!

Good value for money. It was comfortable because three people came to visit and slept separately.However, it is noisy at night. You can hear everything outside even when you close the window. There is a refrigerator and a desk as well.

Wowww, what an amazing hostel. Right in the heart of Seoul, everything is within walking distance. The staff were very nice and informative, and the room was exceptionally clean. I loved every minute spent here and when I return to Korea I will visit again~~Couldn’t think of a better hostel

We stayed in one of the airbnb recently in SIO hostel suite. Unfortunately on 16 Dec 2019 my wife left her Longchamp back pack bag which contained a lot of sentimental value and lots more stuff in the house as we left the place at 630am to catch the plane. She only realised when we were in the train half way through the journey to the airport (45 mins to reach Incheon airport). Messaged Daniel and told him about the bag. After several messages (didnt reply) and when we reached Spore, we called him via watsapp, he answered. He said he will check. We even message him that we will make arrangement to get the bag back but he didnt reply any of our messages ever since. Till today, 22 Dec 2019 nothing is done and he still didnt reply any to our messages and didnt pick up our calls. Very unprofessional service. We will lodge a complain to the Seoul police.

I booked the B&B half a year ago and received a letter from Manager Daniel.As a result, the order was temporarily canceled one day before departure.The cost of rebooking accommodation at this time is terrifyingly high.And many are fully bookedI looked online and found out that this B&B has a bad habit of canceling reservations.I don’t know if it’s aimed at Taiwanese people.Such behavior is very disturbing and undesirablePlease don’t book this B&B!Because I don’t know if the order will be canceled a few days before departure.I also hope Agoda can filter the quality of landlords

The first day I couldn't go and had to sleep at another hotel. Had to move hotels without notifying first Plus, it's very far from the accommodation. But it's still good that there is a shuttle service provided. Move things carefully. Had to wait for the room for a long time before being informed. Contacting the owner is very difficult. Before the owner came, he had to wait a long time. It wasted time, so I went out to find something to eat late, and I was hungry.

I complied with all the reservation rules, charged my credit card a few days before check-in, and received a greeting letter from the hotel.As a result, the booking website called me the day before to say that my reservation had been cancelled!! It sucks!!The booking website is still selling the same room type on the same days!!
