Clean and convenient studio apartment. It was nice to have a washing machine (detergent also provided) and a kitchen with microwave, and refrigerator. The hairdryer was incredibly weak though.The positives - check in was easy, two sets of elevators, location directly in Hongsik Station, air conditioned rooms

Convenient location, above the subway stationBut the unit is a bit dilapidated and the air conditioner is dirty.You have to sort your own garbage and take it out on the first basement floor yourself.I don’t recommend this accommodation.

Total stay of 7 days and 6 nightsGreat place to stayIf you don't need hotel-style services, this accommodation can meet the needs of most self-guided tours or family travel.There is a washing/drying machine in the room for use.There are enough sockets and it is very close to the Hongdae Line.Highly recommended

Exit No. 1 escalator in Hongdae is the B&B building, or there is an elevator directly to the B&B at the No. 1 stairwell!You have to take your garbage to the garbage disposal at the back of the first floor, but it’s very simple if it’s usually sorted!The managers responded very quickly. The office is located on B1, which is right next to the luggage storage area at the exit of the subway stairs No. 1! And you can store your luggage when you check out!

It’s just outside Exit 1 of Hongik University Station, so convenient!During the day, go back to your accommodation to take a rest and then visit the other side. It’s a very precise journey!(But the bed was too soft and so was the pillow, but I was too tired so I fell asleep immediately)

The location is upstairs at Hongdae Exit 1. The location is very convenient. There are convenience stores around and there are many places to go shopping.It’s very convenient to walk back directly after shoppingThe room has two double bedsThe bed, pillows and quilts are all comfortable and cleanThere are also induction cookers, microwaves, washing machines, and two-door refrigerators available for use.The floor is wood which is greatOne thing you should pay special attention to is taking out the trash by yourselfNeed classification

There is no cleaning service, so you have to take out the garbage yourself (and sort it). But the location is right downstairs at the subway station, so you don't need an umbrella if it rains and it won't get wet. Little choice for breakfast, but plenty for lunch and dinner. Iron frame beds make noise when turned around.

I stayed here for 11 days in a row. It is definitely a good place to stay if you plan to travel independently. You can get there as soon as you get up the escalator from Exit 1 of Hongdae Station. The receptionist at the front desk is very enthusiastic and they respond quickly to any questions. There is heating in winter, so you don’t have to worry about catching a cold. There is a water heater system. It has also been updated. There is always hot water for bathing and there are plenty of places to eat.

The guys at the counter were all very friendly. When I asked, they turned out to be from Taichung. The room was also very clean. There is a subway station just downstairs and a supermarket 20 steps away.
