The rooms and bathrooms match the description and photos.+ elevator+ fast wifi+ hair dryer+ tv+ refrigerator+ bathroom inside+ washing machine+ AC+ heater+ clothes hanger+ towel+ shampoo, conditioner and bath soap+ lots of facial tissue and toilet tissue+ there are windows so air can circulate+ the mattress is quite soft+ host is easy to contact- no room slippers- washing machine does not include dryer- some towels have faded spots and the color has faded- parts that are rarely accessible are very dusty, including the wifi modem and tv. I had to hold the wifi modem to see the wifi password and finally I wiped it using a tissue because the dust was thick. The cupboard for storing towels, tissue and hairdryer is also dusty, only the part with towels is not dusty.- the window can be opened but it's dusty- the curtains were damaged, only a few hooks were still attached- the bottom of the sink is dirty, on the corner wall near the trash can in the bathroom it looks like there is moldThe price is not too expensive, so it's pretty worth what you get. Maybe later we will try another type of room, look at the Airbnb listing, there are twin beds and in the Hongdae area too.

I stayed here for 2 weeks in April and booked 2 different rooms. I love it so much because it’s so convenient and there’s washing machine!!!!! Airport bus alights near Sinchon station, and this accommodation is just 5-10mins walk.Firstly, don’t expect too much of the room okay. It’s definitely not for fussy people. Cleanliness of the room isn’t top notch like hotels.So the first room was a little more expensive than the second one (first room was about 42 SGD per night, 2nd room was 35 SGD?) I couldn’t understand climbing up the table to get up to the bed tho haha! The table was a little wobbly so I was afraid of making noise going up and down.Second room was smaller, thus cheaper. But I was able to fit 2 big luggage and a cabin luggage haha! Hardly any room to walk if I’m drying my clothes lolBut k booked this because of the location and didn’t want to spend much on accommodation since I’m there for 2 weeks.I went back to the same owner this November, they have another building next door, beside GS25 and it’s a bigger room.Would definitely stay here whenever I’m in Korea!
