Sincheon Therese Hotel

I stayed there recently and the hotel’s new name is “NOBLE STAY HOTEL”. I checked in at the hotel at 12:30 AM after being traveling the whole day and I had an awful experience in the process. Firstly the receptionist couldn’t find my booking and after 10 minutes realized who I am and that I have a booking for 3 nights. Then he started asking me for 150.000 KWN (50.000 KWN per night). He cannot speak English so after trying to communicate with translators I managed to understand that as per the terms and conditions I cannot stay in my room consecutively the 3 nights: I have to check out every day at 13:00 and check in again at 18:00, with my luggage outside the room, or I can pay the 150.000 KWN to keep my room (with my bags inside). Plus the gentleman was absolutely rude and he coughed on my face several times without even excusing himself. I am literally traveling the world for living for years and I have never heard something like that. I found later that somewhere in the reservation says “no consecutive stays” but I would never have imagined that I will be checking out and check in 3 times when I am actually booking a room for 3 nights. I started using Agoda in my current trip with multiple bookings and I have never seen something like “no consecutive stays”. After my last check out (at 9:00 AM) the receptionist refused to keep my luggage for some hours in the hotel replying to me in a rude way “isn’t it your last day here?”. At the end he accepted keeping my bags in the reception when he realized that otherwise I would be checking out at 1:00 PM.
