Let’s talk about the advantages first: the location is very good, very close to Xincun Station, and the specialist (foreigner) at the counter on the first floor is very friendly and answers all questions. The water pressure in the bathroom is super strong and the shampoo is very fragrant. The disadvantage is that the room is very dirty, the floor is dusty and dirty, and the wood in the Japanese room is peeling off. The worst thing is that the air conditioner makes a loud noise and leaks! ! ! ! As a result, half of the air-conditioned bed could not sleep anyone, and the sound insulation was also very bad.

I came to Korea and forgot to check in before 10 o'clock. Fortunately, I saw a Google review with the same problem and found the self-check-in method in my email. I was sad that I couldn't get my luggage left at the counter, but I didn't expect to open the room. When I saw the suitcase, I almost burst into tears🥹. Thank you very much! The restaurant is diagonally opposite Gongneung Chicken, and GS25 is next door. It is recommended to walk downhill from Ewha University Station to save effort and convenience!

The air conditioner in the room was super hot. I turned it on to the lowest temperature of 18 degrees and I was still sweating profusely. The front desk was not 24 hours a day, so there was no way to respond. The room was very small. It was very crowded for two people and luggage. There was a problem with the hair dryer socket. When it blows, the power will suddenly cut off. You have to be at a certain angle to get power. There is very little lighting in the room. There is only a light at the door. There is no light above the bed. It is very dim. It does not affect it during the day, but it is very obvious at night. In addition, The emergency exit light above the door will be on in the middle of the night, and it is very bright, which affects the quality of sleep. The overall experience is very poor. I don’t want to give it a star. I will definitely not stay here again. I would consider this hotel. People please think twice.

The room was clean and the customer service was good.Replacement of towels and trash cans requires notification, but it is easy to understand. However, at 1 a.m., the fire alarm malfunctioned, so we had to evacuate from the building and spent an anxious night without knowing why.Since the staff would be gone at 10pm, the person who supported us was from the cafeteria next door.

Because I went to Itaewon too late, I couldn't arrive before the counter staff got off work. Fortunately, the counter staff provided guidance through the system on how to get the keys and check in by themselves. It was a very interesting experience. The room layout is quite special. The room is small, but the toilet is unusually large, almost as big as the room, making it difficult to sit on the chairs in the room. The toilet design is very beautiful, industrial style but very clean. The air conditioner runs very quickly and is cool. There is no peculiar smell. There is a supermarket next to it, only 1 minute away. There is no need to worry about going hungry. It is a short distance from the subway station, but the house price is very good. A single room for one night during the Dragon Boat Festival is only 932.If you come again, you may consider continuing to stay.

If you think of it as a hostel it would certainly be 4 stars, but as a hotel (or single room) it is only 3 stars. There are no carpets, which I appreciate a lot, because carpets never feel particularly clean to me. You can just buy wet cleaning whipes and swipe over the floors until you feel they are an appropriate level of clean. There is also no room cleaning while you stay, which is also something I like, because it means I don't have to mind my things cluttering the room and its surfaces. The shower room is weird, in that there is no place to hang your towels. The towels themselves are Korean sized, meaning you can't wrap them around you. So if you want to do that, bring your own bath towel. You may not flush toilet paper, to prevent clogging. There was black mold on the vinyl shower curtain. For some reason the shower head was fixed, so you couldn't adjust the hight. I know that sounds very negative, but I actually really liked my stay here. The windows gives a great view of the city and you have everything you need in your room, including amenities. I don't think you would be able to share that space with an additional person, but that's up to you I guess. The walls are quite thin, so you will hear a lot of what is going on in neighboring rooms. But it was never noisy through the night. Now, my bedding reeked of something. It was really bad and stuck to my clothing. My friends room/bed didn't do that, so this is not a general issue. But yeah, in the end you get what you pay for and I consider this to be great value for money. I would stay here again.
