Hotels with very pocket-friendly prices, especially for backpackers. But unfortunately we got a room where the bathroom water heater was not optimal, hopefully it will be fixed soon. Overall everything is ok in terms of room service and location

The rooms are quite decent, according to the regulations, they can only accommodate 2 adults + children under 10 years old, no bolsters are provided, only pillows, gallon mineral water in the lobby is free, hot water functions normally, AC is cold, location is close to Malioboro and Tugu station

Very very not recommend. If I could give it 0 stars I would give it 0 stars. Very bad service, not friendly and disrespectful staff, the room is big enough for 3 people but they do not allow 3 people per room. 1 person has to pay 50% of the hotel price (I booked on agoda but they want an additional price through reddoorz prices because the money they receive is higher from reddoorz than agoda) which is 140k-200k rupiah per person and they ask us to book 1 more room at a price of 350k rupiah (150k rupiah more expensive than what I booked) so in total I have to add almost around 500k rupiah is not worth the money. Not only the service, the room is also bad, the air conditioner is not on, blankets are not washed sooo dirty, the bathroom smelly and like it has never been cleaned, when we first enter the room it smells bad (like the smell of rotten coconut milk). Located in a small alley does not fit a car, motorbike parking pays 10k rupiah

From Malioboro it's a 5 minute walkThe place is comfortable, maybe when you arrive the room is rarely used so it's just not cleanIf you want to get to the 0 km point, it's not very far, it's pretty close, the price is still affordable

Highly not recommended, 1 room is only for 2 people, adding people adds 50% of the room rental price, even though the big room can sleep 3 people, when I went there with my mother and sister who were still in junior high school, the mother was fickle, parking paid 10 thousand if you parked inside, outside 5 thousand, very expensive for such a bad homestay, the mattress smells musty, the toilet is dirty, disappointed

Check in here... for office friends, you have paid via apk. It turns out that the rooms are full 🤦. Moved to Hotel xxx (quite old & scary) and cheaper than what we had paid to stay here. Kapokkk won't come back again!!🙅

This homestay admin was not cheated, booked 2 rooms on June 2 for today, asked for adjoining rooms, already had a down payment..., it turns out the person forgot at check-in... how come... after receiving the down payment, how come it wasn't recorded? . After looking at WA, I realized, but what's worse, there are no adjoining rooms, there is one room on the 1st floor and 2nd floor.because we were annoyed with the messy service, we canceled it.The location of the building is also through a narrow alley, cars cannot enter...
