The room is clean and tidy, and it comes with breakfast. It is close to Exit 7 of Hongdae. The owner of the B&B is friendly and will help immediately if you have any questions. It is highly recommended.

I’ve stayed in various guesthouses in Seoul and specifically Hongdae, and Heima is my best guesthouse experience so far. It is a short walk to the station and the main street but the street is quiet for a restful night.The solo room with own toilet is more spacious than I expected, with enough room to open my suitcase without obstruction.Room and bathroom are very clean and even the common area is tidy. Well stocked with breakfast basics, and there’s a shared fridge, drinking water, toaster, microwave, and even a stovetop if you have enough time to cook.Chris is super helpful, responsive to messaging and requests. I requested for a bath towel and was provided one. I also asked to keep luggage before and after checkin and checkout and my request was granted.Will definitely want to book here again in the future. Highly recommended💯Toiletries provided (toothbrush not included)The towels come in small strips. If you think they are not enough, you can bring your own.The windows are strong! Two of them are very dense.The curtains are so autumnal! There will be a surprise when it comes down~(Completely unaffected by sunlight, may be updated!)The water jet in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable!The self-service kitchen outside is really convenientKitchen utensils and simple supplies provided(eggs, milk, cereal, toast, jam)After using the towels, you can put them directly into the laundry basket and replace them with new ones.If it needs to be refrigerated or frozen, just put the label on it and put it in the refrigerator.The surrounding business district is very richLife functions are very good and convenientBecause it is in a school district, the price is very affordable.The overall environment and area are really greatCompared with others, it is also suitable for shopping areas but not as comfortable.(Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, Jonggak⋯)I will still choose here next time I come here

I have stayed here three times, this time for six days and five nights.Transportation here is convenient, just near Hongdae Subway Station and very close to the airport line.Clean environment and enough spaceThe first and second time I stayed in 103. This is a small room but it’s just right for one person.The B&B has a kitchen and breakfast is available!There are eggs, milk, yogurt, toast, corn flakes and instant noodles (can only be eaten for breakfast).Coffee and green tea are also available.Interesting point, there are earplugsThe bathroom also provides shower shampoo, etc.The outer door of the B&B is a code lock and the room door is a key.When you arrive at the B&B, you just need to ring the bell and the receptionist will come upstairs. He can speak a little Chinese and is very satisfied with his poor English and Korean skills.The only drawback here is that it is very difficult to book.It takes more than half a year! !

We stayed in Seoul for three nights and the host was very kind. We had a late flight to Seoul and the host was waiting for us until almost 12pm. There will be toast, eggs, instant noodles, milk, and juice at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning for free. 6 minutes walk from Exit 7 of Hongdae Subway. Very close to Hongdae shopping district and very convenient

Everything is good, convenient, close to shopping. Traveling from the airport is very convenient. Mr. Chris provides good service. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. Breakfast can be made easily by yourself, 8:00-10:00 a.m.

The location is pretty goodAbout five minutes' walk from Hongdae Exit 6The B&B manager is very friendlyI live downstairs and will help with luggage.If you ask me anything, I will answer it quickly.There is also free breakfast to eatThe only drawback is that the room and toilet are a bit smallEverything else is great!

I used it for 3 nights and 4 days.On the day of check-in, I asked if they could make a reservation for a restaurant, and they kindly agreed. thank you very much.The facility is clean and has almost everything you need.Prices are reasonable. The facilities are adequate and the hospitality is good, so I have no complaints.it's enough to say...・The cooler makes a lot of noise (I would like to use a product from a manufacturer such as LG)・It would be best if there was a small refrigerator in the room・It would be nice to have a shoehorn

The hotel owner and staff are very kind and friendly. They helped us carry our luggage upstairs. The breakfast is self-service. The yogurt, toast and milk are all delicious😋 If you have any questions, you can get a quick response. The key room is clean and comfortable, the smell is delicious, and the price is super cost-effective. I will definitely book this room again next time I have the opportunity to come to Korea👍Very close to Hongdae shopping district and subway station

Chris the manager is VERY helpful. He even recommended a place for my laundry.
Be aware that the rooms are very compact. No spare space.
That said - they are very clean and comfortable.

Heima Guesthouse Hongdae🛏️Warm and clean hostel❣️👍👍The host is super friendly and helpful! Really enjoy the atmosphere here, everything is so clean, organized and tidy. Room is spacious and cozy. Love the vibes here. Breakfast choices are sufficient, it serves from 8-11am.👏🏻Location is prefect, with just few mins walk from Hongdea Station, everything you need with walking distance.👎One thing can be improved is that the curtains in my room couldnt block sunlight, thats why i woke up everyday at 5:00am local time when the sun rise, the room was too bright and it is hard to sleep 😞.....too bad cannot rest well...here....Thank you so much Chris for your host. 🫶

Excellent guesthouse!First of all the location is great, right in Hongdae, 5 minutes from the metro and many buses.The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The common room decor is adorable, and it's also very clean. Breakfast is provided which is clearly a plus. Shared fridge with labels to leave your small groceries there.Finally, the hotel is adorable and super available, both on WhatsApp and in person. I really couldn't have found better accommodation in Seoul.Excellent value for money!

Wonderful place to stay- feels like a home. Great location, clean space, hot shower, kind staff, and a kitchen too - would stay again. It’s a small space but it has all the basics covered, there’s good lighting, strong wifi and even a few extras (toiletries!)
