After having experience in staying in 3 star hotel in Seoul, I thought I would come back and give this a review. This hotel has a pretty fair price even though the service is okay. (Most Seoul hotel service is okay unless in the really expensive one). The room here is far cleaner than the 3 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The facility is also far better. And it cost about ~160 usd per night for my stays. That’s reasonable in comparison to hotels similar in quality in Tokyo and Taipei.

Wasn't too impressed. If you get placed on the entire river facing side.. your windows are completely glazed (due to some regulations) and you cannot see out of them at all. You only have a 1 foot wide corner part of the window you can see out of. The front desk staff were also very unhelpful when it came to accommodating and although not unfriendly.. they were not warm or helpful in a way I would expect at a hotel that isn't considered a budget hotel.

It's absolutely unbelievable what just happened. The front desk staff were incredibly rude. I stayed at this hotel for five nights and needed to extend my stay for one more night with a colleague.When I checked into the room (two single beds) on the first day, I immediately noticed a yellow stain on the blanket of one of the beds. I didn't mind because I could sleep on the other bed.Throughout my stay, the cleaning staff never changed the bed sheets, so I called the front desk to request an extra blanket for my colleague, as the room wasn't cleaned properly.The lady at the front desk could barely speak proper English. She essentially accused me of not making the request during housekeeping hours (I was working and who would knew your cleaning service was like bad) and kept blaming me, saying the hotel was fully booked and there were no extra blankets available in this entire hotel.She didn't even try to find one for me. It was all my fault to stay in this hotel and called them when they are busy. My poor colleague will be sleeping in a dirty bed with tears tonight.I have no idea how this hotel received a four-star rating. I will never return, and neither should you.

I stayed here 3 nights and it was quite pleasant. The lobby is on the 21st floor and guest room is down below. Premier Deluxe Room is a bit tight but fully equipped and the mini bar is all free in this type of room. …

Pros:- in an excellent location in Samseong Dong, Gang Nam, right across from Coex. The hotel is right by subway station exit 7 (which happens to have an escalator as well) for Lane 2, which is one of the most used lanes in Seoul. Bus stops are also within 2 minutes from the Hotel, which is super convenient.- great breakfast buffet, we stayed for 11 days and ate there every day. pretty good view, food, and service.- room cleaning service button for "please clean or do not disturb" and they do clean through out most of the day. I think we had some late departures at 4 PM and they still cleaned our rooms.- clean room and bathroom.- great value and pricingCons:- Room showersetup allows for a lot of water splash to the bathroom floor- Hallway runs super hot during summer, and room AC not too effective.- Not a fan of lobby and check-in being on the 21st floor. Naturally, it would be more convenient to have them on the ground floor.My wife and I stayed for 11 days and our overall stay was satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return in future visits to Korea.

Our stay was disappointing. Upon check-in, we found the bed had stains and hair, and housekeeping was unavailable after 6 PM, forcing us to change the sheets ourselves. The pillows were not only too soft but also had an unpleasant odor. I developed rashes from sleeping in the room. Additionally, the air conditioning didn't work at night, making the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy.There was no porter service, which made it difficult to transport our luggage with two young kids from the 21st floor to the first floor during check-out.The roof terrace was underwhelming; you had to order and collect your own wine and clean your own glass. Overall, the experience felt more like a budget hotel rather than a 4-star establishment.My room.was on level 8.

Can’t believe this hotel has 4 stars. The room condition was ok but you can literally hear everything from other rooms in the hallway (which you may wanna avoid especially with kids). Location is probably the only good part of this hotel.

Rooms itself are fairly modern and mostly comfortable, but that’s about the extend of the experience.My room was on the 10th floor, facing the Main Street. Noise dampening was practically non-existent - had to wear ear plugs and turn the sound machine on to drown out the street noise that went on all night. In addition, the massive billboards shine into the room until they turn off at midnight.Location is good, if you have a purpose to be in the area. Otherwise it’s a terribly decentralized from the main areas of Seoul itself and there are far better hotels closer to restaurants and active districts.

Beware of this hotel. They charge you every dollar for their every service. You need to keep the cheap plastic room key very secure. If you lose it, they charge you $5 for each of them though Some hotels even provide us with them as a souvenir. Also they charge entire fee how many days you have booked when you check in at the first day. If your schedule is modified, you are going to have a hard time dealing with hotel staff. They are not empathetic nor kind. I won't come back again nor recommend this hotel to anyone.
