WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED‼️Think about it before coming here, the REAL PHOTOS OF THE SAME ROOM ARE MUCH DIFFERENT!!!!Book a Suite type room for 700 thousand/night, get room 208 which turns out to be MUCH DIFFERENT with the facilities offered on the AGODA application.Because I felt it didn't match the photo, I finally asked to move rooms & the staff confirmed it was okay, but the room was undergoing AC renovation (room 201), I was okay because I happened to have plans to go out that night, so I waited for the AC to cool down.Turns out the AC is still REALLY VERY HOT! Temperature stuck at 28C. Even though I had to wait about 3 hours for the AC to cool down. Just imagine sleeping at 28C, CRYING! It's also cold in the lobby, can we sleep in the lobby?😪And even worse, the bathtub sink is STUCK! The water used from bathing can't drain so it pools in the bathtub, WHERE THE WATER IS YELLOW!! Very dirty. Finally, at around 1pm, I asked to move rooms again, I was moved to room 202. Wow, this was really messy! Lots of cobwebs, at 2 pm suddenly there was the sound of people taking a shower from the bathroom😱, after checking there was nothing. The AC is the same too! STUCK AT 28C.The next night we left the hotel and arrived at the hotel, THE ROOF WAS LEAKING! The mattress & floor were all WET, until they slipped. At 12 at night called a technician, he said they were told to move rooms because there was the potential for the roof to collapse🤣, it's scary, this hotel is NOT CHEAP but the quality is really CHEAP! Very dangerous. At 12 o'clock at night I dragged my suitcase ALONE, there was no BELLBOY/staff to help me to room 208. Very sad, right? The room was nice in 208, even though this was the room we initially stayed in because it didn't match the photo (no bathtub, the room was a bit narrow for a SUITE ROOM class). Because I was so tired that I didn't want to, I just went to sleep. The AC is also quite cold, 24C.THE MORNING IS REALLY ZONKK, super NOISY! At 7 o'clock it was already really noisy, whether it was renovations or whatever, until 10 o'clock🥹, as a result I couldn't sleep until after 7 o'clock. Even though this was the last day I intended to rest because of the long journey, it ended up being a FUCK🤢!!!!What's worse, at 11.20 THE POWER OFF🙂‍↔️, but in room 208 ONLY! I don't know if I was told to rush to checkout or not, hahaha. Well, finally at 11 we checked out because we couldn't stand it anymore!Anyway, think again, if you want to come here! If you want to rest, you can't do it at all! Be careful, there are lots of fake photos, the rooms are all DIRTY & the bathroom is REALLY DIRTY too!🤢🤢

As for the hotel, it's very strategic... it's also on the side of the road so if you want to have a snack it's easy... only the cleanliness of the room wasn't very good... when I arrived at the hotel room... there was a tissue on the mattress... the food on the 1st day wasn't really good... the rice was fried it smells burnt... but for the second meal I don't know because I don't eat itBTW, I'm on a study tour from January 6th to the 8th.. the facilities are good.. Ace is not cold enough.. the refrigerator doesn't work.. the telephone doesn't work.. the toilet smells a bit
