Thanks Puzzlestay for perfect experience!!! Thank you very much to the owners of this place, Mr. Paul and his wife ❤️ we felt truly at home!Cozy atmosphere, cleanliness, everything was perfect! Definitely choose this place!Special thanks to the fact that Paul patiently waited for us to get there and met us by car at 1 o’clock in the morning to help us get there with our suitcases. And he took me to the station when we were leaving ❤️💕

My husband and I chose Seoul as our honeymoon destination and it did not disappoint. Puzzle stay house was such a lovely little place to stay. The host were so helpful and really made you feel at home. They went above and beyond with their service, and if anyone goes to Seoul would recommend you stay st Puzzle Stay House.

My husband and I had a great experience staying in the Puzzle stay Hotel. The hosts went above and beyond with their detail of customer care. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Seoul, especially first ime travelers, since they will help guide you on places to eat, how to travel cheaply, and some activities/sights to see during your stay.

Whilst much shorter than we originally wanted to, our stay was wonderful. The owners toke great care of us (even went with us to a local Korean BBQ place to help translate the menu) and the rooms were great and kid friendly. Breakfast was very decent. Transport to city center very close by and easy. Definitely our go-to place to stay when we return to Seoul for a prolonged stay!

This place was clean and felt so homey.The host was really welcome, nice, and helpful! Perfect place for a stay in Korea or just a staycation.Breakfast was homemade by the host and it was delicious. The hospitality was the best!I stayed in winter and it's so warm inside.Really wanna cry because of the hospitality, hope I can see you again 🥹🥹

We are delighted with our stay! Paul, the manager, is very kind, speaks English fluently and was very helpful from start to finish.The room is very comfortable, even if the toilet and bathroom are detached. The house is particularly pleasant and relaxing.The breakfast is great, with homemade brioche bread, small sandwiches or French toast 😙The house is 20/30 minutes from the heart of Seoul, count between €10 and €15 by taxi to get there (approximately 30 minutes).Thanks for everything! 🥰

To be honest 5 stars are not enough to express how good this place is. The owner pick us up from the train station with the car! Because it was our honeymoon they made an upgrade and gave us a gift. 11/10 hospitality. The location is well served with public transport and the costs are around 1 dollar per trip. We are in Seoul but where Koreans live do not expect academic English speakers. However, every single person was extremely polite and helpful even if we could not communicate. If you are want to support local people and not big resort please consider this place because you will fall in love.

This was my first time in Korea and we wanted to stay somewhere with a good location. What we got was excellent service and kindness. The room was comfy and stylish. Breakfast was delicious and most things were homemade. I highly recommend staying at puzzlestay house.
