When booking a room on the app I had accidently booked the room 2 weeks out from the intended date with the slip of the thumb. Oops. No problem, simple mistake, and they could easily fill the room in 2 weeks. They will for sure be as cordial as the 5 other hotels I've stayed in Seoul. Nope. No refund no exception. Doesn't matter that I won't be on the country at that time either (and they will more than likely cancel my reservation to book the room again and keep my money). The hotel liaison was also very rude to my friend translating for me on the phone. Very disappointed with how we were treated. You have a no refund policy? Fine, I hope my $82 was worth another the negative review. My advice to the reader is spend the extra $20 one of the many other more suitable hotels that know how to respect their customers.
