Moving Around:Location is a bit far from proper Seoul, but moving around is easy.1. Bus Stop to Seoul is a stone throw away2. Subway Line 5 is nearby with approximately 10 minutes walk3. Plenty of restaurants and convenience store just around the corner4. Nambu Market is 3 minutes walk5. A lot of ATMs nearby (If you are Malaysian, Woori bank is near Mok Dong Station, and KB bank is near Kkachisan Station)6. Two Daiso Store nearby (Store similar to Malaysia's MR.DIY)7. This area is a "local" area, hence less tourists around8. Going to Incheon airport is using line 5 (Mok Dong or Kkachisan), transfer to AREX at Gimpo airport.. usually less crowded noon time. costs more or less 5000 won using T moneyGuesthouse:1. Owner is helpful and cheerful, albeit she avoid getting too much interaction with the tenants (maybe due to language barrier?)2. General etiquette applies here.. no smoking in the building and clean up after yourselves..don't make too much noise.3. laundry service is provided, but there is also a laundry shop (with a massage chair inside) nearby. (No need to bring so much clothes for your stay)

Kimstay 9 Guesthouse is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around. The free breakfast is simple but appreciated, consisting of toast, cereal, juice, tea, and coffee. The staff was friendly and provided good service throughout our stay. One downside was the bath towels, which were quite small—more like hand towels—so we recommend bringing your own if you prefer larger ones. Overall, it’s a good option for a budget-friendly stay with a great location.

Really one of the best stays in my travel history. Very clean and safe despite being open 24/7. There’s a little kitchen on the first floor where you could make some breakfast every day. WiFi is available everywhere in the hostel. And the host despite struggling a little with English is always willing to help you. Definitely a place you wanna come back.I almost forgot to mention how creatively embellished this family hotel is!

The rooms are tiny, we had a double room with 2 beds, toast with jam for breakfast in the morning, and a clean towel from the reception every day. The location is due to the smells downstairs from the shop, there is no smell in the room. Close to buses, it's not a nice neighborhood to explore, but it's safe. There is a market, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The service was very nice and helpful. A good place at this price to sleep, eat and go to town for the day.

We had a great time. The host was so friendly. Even though she didn’t know English, she used translator and conveyed us all the things. She also gave us heat packs because the weather sudsy dropped low. It’s budget friendly and breakfast was also provided.

The hotel is very well located near the shops and metro station bus taxis the owner is super friendly and attentive I stayed 3 weeks I met some nice people in the common room where we have lunch and eat...Canadian English ... Parisian....etc something we don't have in the restaurant the proximity to other travelers I would return to this place

We stayed for two days, and the owner was friendly and kept our bags after check-out, which was convenient. There were restaurants around the accommodation, such as Sundaeguk and Haejangguk, which was nice for me.

Excellent location, the room has comfortable beds, heated sheets, shower, toilet, refrigerator, TV. There is a microwave at the reception, you can ask the staff for dishes. Breakfast is not rich, but you can get enough of it. The staff is friendly! There are many cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. You can buy bus and metro tickets nearby.

You have to walk about 10 to 15 minutes from the station. Other than that, the staff was friendly and it was a nice place to stay. Not recommended for people who are sensitive to noise outside. I was fine though.Due to a flight delay, I had to check in around 11:30 p.m. Although I contacted them in advance on the way, they responded kindly and I had a comfortable stay.

Hello. I had a reservation with you VIA booking that I cancelled on the day when IT was supposed to be fully refundable till midnight. I cancelled IT around 8pm on that day. Why wouldn't you return my money? I don't understand. This is extremely sad, confusing and stresssful. Why would you behave like this?

My stay at kimstay 9 was very pleasant! I stayed with 2 friends so the room was quite small. There wasn't any storage aside from some hooks behind the door.The rooms could do with a little updating, especially the bathroom as the mirror was broken and taped up and there was some white rust on the metals in the bathroom. There was also some old contact lenses left on the side, but nothing some tissue can't fix! Shampoo and showergel was provided too! Overall it was a great stay that was only a short walk to mok-dong subway station. A/C in the room was also provided and much appreciated in the heat!The breakfast was simple but very appreciated - it consisted of toast with jam and/or cornflake type cereal. If you need any specific kinds or types of milk/bread/spreads I'd suggest buying your own and storing them in the fridge in your rooms. The kitchen had a microwave, kettle and somewhere to sit and also a fresh water machine which gave out ice cold water 😍What really made my stay really lovely were the family that owned the hotel. Both of them were so lovely and accommodating and the lady even gave us some fresh oranges which were delicious! Their hospitality went a very long way and they never hesitated to help us out. We had to use a translator for most things as we don't speak Korean but even still they were amazing. There was always a smile to exchange!There were even laundry services provided which was a huge bonus!Fabulous location!
