So bad service

Cash inducement.The bathroom is narrow.There is a smell of cigarette smoke.Even though I paid for an additional person, they didn't provide bedding until 4am. It was unfriendly.I can't play games that haven't been updated on my computer (forced reboot).There is still dust in the air conditioner.There is mold in the refrigerator.Even though it was expensive, I should have just paid the money and left a review on the app, but it was so bad.

The rooms are smoky and stink. Located in a back street, difficult to find. No service, noisy and dirty.

Why are they charging for additional people? They said it was because of the electricity bill. The blankets were rags and they were just cleaned. The toilet itself, the whirlpool and the restroom were filled with cigarette marks and bugs were so disgusting that we couldn't even wash them and ran away in disgust. It was even cold, so I slept wearing padding. Don't be fooled by what you see and don't end up like us.

The blanket pillow had a smell, hair, spit stains, etc., and they added 20,000 won per person, and there was no basic treatment at all. Hello, I am a guest who visited the hotel at 1pm today. While I was resting there, I left my Apple Watch on the table right next to the bed for a moment, but as I fell asleep, I got up and forgot to leave when it was time to leave. I found out that I arrived home late, so I called here around 10 PM. We checked out around 6 o'clock and asked if they had an Apple Watch, but they were unfriendly. We also heard that after we came out and cleaned up, the next guest used the room. You say you didn't find the watch at all while cleaning... I definitely put it on the table next to the bed in room 203. I suspect that the cleaning staff took it. I will not delete the review until you contact me.

Do not book a room here. I booked and paid in full through a third party site, and they tried to extort a further 120,000 won. And their check in time wasn't until 7pm (much later than advertised). These people are nothing but con-artists.

The rooms are varied and pretty. However, the cleaning condition is terrible. There is hair rolling around in the bathroom and dust can be seen next to the bed.It's hard to see because the indoor lighting is dark, but there's a lot of dust. The road is narrow and difficult to drive in.
