The staffs are all friendly and attentive. They provided 5 star service. The area has alot of construction happening so if you want a quieter stay ask for a room facing the back and not front of the hotel. Close to the Coex mall and transportation.

I recently stayed at Park Hyatt Seoul for a week and overall it was a very comfortable experience. The room was incredibly spacious and well maintained despite its age. …

I can confidently say that this is the worst hotel among 5 star hotels. Never use it. I am currently regretting my first stay. The reason is...1. The road accessing the first floor of the hotel is inconvenient as it is located in an alley with only one car passing by.2. The soundproofing facilities are the worst, so construction noise from Samsung Station and vehicle noise from Tehaeran-ro continue all night long. The hotel kindly provided earplugs next to the bed.3. The 24th floor is the lobby, so you have to go through the 24th floor to get to your room, but there are only two elevators.4. There is a restaurant in the 24th floor lobby, but there is no restroom in the lobby, so you have to take the stairs to the 23rd floor.5. A moldy smell greets customers in the hallway.I really don't understand why this hotel is rated 5 stars.

To date, I have stayed at 20 Hyatt Group hotels in Asia and abroad.Park Hyatt Seoul was the best hotel in terms of both tangible and intangible aspects. I will stay as a regular lodging as long as my wallet allows.[1. Fair comparison with other hotels]If you are considering this hotel in Seoul, other options would be Andaz, which is in the same price range, or Four Seasons or Signiel, which are more expensive.I don't know about the latter, but at least it stands out from Andaz. If I have to choose between these two, I would choose Park Hyatt.[2. Hard]The room looks clean and has high ceilings. The interior is chic and calm. This time it was the Park Deluxe Suite. If you look at all the photos posted, you will be able to decide if it is to your liking.[3. Software]I was impressed by the attention to detail at the front desk.I work in English, but this was the first time I was able to communicate in English without any stress at a hotel in Korea. It's great that all the staff members maintain a high level of communication skills, rather than leaving it up to just one person with excellent language skills.I don't know if it supports Japanese or not.Overall, I felt it was a very nice hotel. There is no place like this in Seoul or any other country.

The floor is a hardwood floor, but it sticks up and makes a noise every time you walk.||It makes an unpleasant sound, like nails scratching a blackboard.||I'd rather cut the carpet. …
