Book this hotel on Agoda and the experience is so bad I had to write a review. The receptionist was unwillingly to contact the owner with regard to our booking and we had to call Agoda for assistance to find another accommodation. He insisted we have the door unit and passcode were online and tried to justify his actions. Poor service all around and the reception counter was filled with mosquitoes.Come here at your own risk.

Come at your own risk.Booked via Agoda, receptionist insisted that we have the unit number and door password via online, when we didn't have at all. We contacted Agoda who tried to call the place but receptionist had walked away watching phone videos and didn't bother to answer reception phone. Agoda kindly helped us to cancel our reservation after half hour of unable to contact hotel itself. Very shitty hotel service sorry to be very honest. We booked another hotel last min.

Save your money and look for other place to stay. The facility is not suited for people/human. This place is petri dish for fungus/mold. Fungus/mold and spider webs are covering the entire building. I mean the entire complex looks like a movie scene from a futuristic zombie movie. Oh the smell…. at first, I thought it was the smell of the ocean. When I drove away from the building, I realized the dead fish smell I was smelling was not the smell of the ocean…. it was the fungus/mold/mildew smell. You can smell the fungus/mold which means you are breathing them in. Any exposed metal structure is covered in rust. Any ledge that can collect dust has thick layers of dust. ALL of the wall papers in the hallway are pealing off due to moisture damage and the wall papers are “stapled” to the wall. Who knows what kind of fungus/mold is growing under these water damaged wallpapers throughput the building. When I was admiring the VIEWS from the windows of the building complex, I thought the cost line was foggy. You guessed it…. it was the layers of mildew covering the windows. Also, some of the exits were blocked and propped closed by sand bags which I believe is against the building code. The entire complex is health hazard and the city should close this place down. After I canceled my reservation which was made based on the photoshopped pictures of the place, I read other reviewers rave about the low cost and the view which is not false, but I don’t think they realized this place is a major health hazard. it is not worth risking your or your family’s health. I was compelled to post this in order to keep people away. If you are feeling adventurous, go for it.Final review…Rooms: 3 stars which is neutral since I walked out of the building before going inside the room. Which by the way I was unable to enter. the room’s key pad did not power on.Service: 1 star because my request for cancelation and receiving the reservation refund was passed on to the AB&B cancelation policy. Which I will be contacting as soon as I return home from the vacation. either case, a small price to pay for walking away from this dangerous place.Location: no doubt 5 star due to the place being so closed to the water.

The advantage is that you can go early in the morning because it is near Seopjikoji. The port to Udo is also close by.The exterior looks like a truly abandoned building and has not been maintained. The interior hallway walls also seem to be poorly finished... haha. The room interior is not bad.Because the price is cheap, some people seem to stay for long periods of time.Ocean view for this price...I'm not going to live looking at the exterior of the building, so save on lodging costs.A great place to spend some money on food!I think it would be good to use it again when I stay on the east side of Jeju Island.

Poor appearance and organization. My first impression was honestly one of fear. The interior doesn't feel very nice either, but there are two rooms and two bathrooms. Completely satisfied.
