I had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. There is ample free parking, and free self-laundry services. You can find several convenience stores and good food in the vicinity. The only downside to my experience was that we were given coupons for a free 60min massage when we checked in which we had looked forward to. Unfortunately the spa was fully booked out (maybe the hotel should coordinate with the spa to ensure availability before giving out the coupons). But the hotel staff ended up gifting us a bottle of champagne and coupons for a free breakfast at their restaurant, Narnia. Would love to return one day!

Bayhill Villa, a contemporary haven that whispers sophistication without a hint of ostentation, was our top choice for the 2nd leg of our Jeju travels. From the moment we arrived, any anxieties melted away. The multilingual concierge team (a godsend, for our Korean is limited to enthusiastic karaoke renditions) effortlessly handled our request to extend the car rental – a lifesaver, considering Jeju's hidden gems are best explored on four wheels. Our room – a sanctuary of clean lines and plush comfort – was a haven in itself. The pièce de résistance? Undoubtedly the private jacuzzi on the patio, promising starlit soaks after a day of exploration.A delightful touch was the self-serve tea station by the entrance, a thoughtful invitation to unwind after arriving on a late evening. Our room boasted a well-equipped kitchenette– a stove, a generously-sized fridge, and a complete set of utensils – perfect for whipping up a midnight snack. However, a minor misstep marred an otherwise flawless experience: breakfast. While the separate venue itself promised charm, the lack of buggy service on a particularly rainy week was a dampener. Trudging five minutes under an umbrella, even with one graciously provided by the hotel, left us less than enthused, especially in Jeju's lingering winter chill.Despite this (hopefully addressable) glitch, Bayhill Villa remains a top contender for the discerning traveler. With its impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and the promise of in-room jacuzzi bliss under starlit skies, it's the perfect pied-à-terre for a truly unforgettable Jeju escape.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were old but clean and nice. The view of the village and sea from the room was peaceful and nice, and the sound of birds in the morning was also very nice. However, since it is a small hotel, it seems natural that there is no variety or scale of common facilities. So, if you prefer quiet and privacy, you will like it, but if you expect both privacy and facilities, you may be disappointed. The concept pursued by each accommodation is different, so if you choose one after considering it, you will be satisfied. The private pool in the room seemed to be a reasonable size, and the jacuzzi was also well used. Free refrigerator drinks were provided, and my family had a great time in the spacious room and had a good rest ♡

It wasn't a pool villa, but a regular room, but it was quiet, the regular room was much more spacious than many 5-star hotels I've stayed in, and I liked the king-size bed. The comfortable feeling and the staff's sincere service made me definitely plan my next visit. It was Bay Hill that I wanted to do^^It's so nice to take a walk ^^ Please refer to the picture ^^ I actually cooked and ate some ramen... haha It's not cup ramen... It's possible because there are prepared cooking utensils, etc. ^^

It's been a few years since I stayed in the same room, and as expected, it was clean and the dishes and drinks, including coffee, were great. I want to come again.
