Hotels with affordable prices of around 200 - 300 depending on the season, on holidays the prices can definitely go up even more. With this price, it's still equivalent, the bedroom is quite clean and comfortable. There are only a few spots that, if cleaned and maintained, could make this hotel better. There is a wall mural painting on the 2nd floor, a good spot for taking photos.

Suddenly staying 1 night in Jogja, looking for a hotel, found this hotel at a price of 300 thousand, when I saw the photo it was quite okay, so I went to the TKP...The location of the restaurant is not on the main highway, it's still a bit inland, this hotel is like in a hotel complex because there are 2 other hotels opposite and next to it... the location is quite strategic, several viral restaurants are near here (one of which is Roka Ramen ).This hotel doesn't seem to be a new hotel, you can see from the hotel room properties that it looks old, but the rooms are clean, fragrant, neat, the service is also friendly...Notes: the spring bed was hard and made a loud noise when you put it up 😅 the bathroom water hole was a bit clogged so after showering the water was stagnant, the sink faucet was leaking. The rest is okay...

Chose this hotel because my husband & I suddenly went to Jogja. Want to look at the Prawirotaman area that we usually live in but the price is no longer reasonable. It ends here. The first impression when I entered the room was that the mattress was loud and hard. The bathroom was really noisy when I finished flushing, the walls were moldy. It seems like it would be better if we try to renovate regularly. When praying, there are also lots of cobwebs under the hanging shelf. The plus point is that the AC is so cold that my husband has a cold🤣

Book here because all the hotels are full. The door lock still uses a manual key, the air conditioner is cold, the remote is a bit difficult to change channels and many of the channels cannot be adjusted. The ammunition is very complete, but the water heater doesn't function at all, the walls are moldy, the location is not strategic. But overall it's still okay

The price is around 350k without breakfast, because there isn't any, so this hotel is just selling rooms. The location is not very strategic, it's still a congested area, looking for food you also have to take a vehicle and you can't walk because around here there are lots of tombstones selling instead of food. It's a bit scary if you come home late. But as for the room, it's okay, most importantly the bathroom is a bit neglected, the stones which should be neatly arranged to be aesthetically pleasing are left in a mess. Then the bathroom is a bit smelly & the smell sometimes reaches the room even though the bathroom door is closed. There's no Netflix here either. There are windows but the view is from another hotel hahah.

Bad experience, the mattress was so hard it made my bones hurt and the sound of kretek creaking made me uncomfortable + the bed sheets were white and faded until I gave them a layer of cloth to sleep on because I was nervous. For the size of Jogja, at this price you can get a better hostel or lodging.
