For this trip, we booked a standard double room for 2 nights through Easy Travel. In fact, during the search for hotels in Busan, we found that the accommodation in Busan tended to be B&Bs or motel-like places, which did not meet our needs. By chance, I found this new hotel by searching area by area using the Naver map.The equipment is very new and clean, and the security level is sufficient. In addition to the elevator, there is a password door to enter the floor.The room is large and comfortable. Compared with other accommodations in Busan, it has a very high value for money.The hotel does not provide toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, which can be purchased at the counter floor. It does not provide free luggage storage. If you want to store your luggage, you need to pay a fee.There was a service staff at the counter who was Taiwanese. The service was very friendly and he took us into the room and introduced us along the way.The hotel is located at Exit 7 of Nanpu-dong. You can take Uber to the airport for NT$450 each way, which is very cheap.

Stayed 2 nights here with my family and we loved the location - it’s right smack in the middle of all the shops at the Nampo-Dong area and walkable to BIFF square, Jagalchi market, Gukje market etc. The rooms we had were really spacious too and looked just like what was advertised. The only thing we felt could be improved was having some blackout curtains as the sunlight was shining through the sheer curtains early in the morning. Otherwise, a great experience staying here!

If I could give a higher rating for service I would. Both gentlemen we dealt with went above and beyond. One of the men helped us for 30mins to find a specific destination we were searching for that wasnt represented on our maps. He also personally returned my mother's credit card she had left in the vending machine, before she even knew it was missing. The other young man, helped us at check out, it was hot, we had tons of baggage and my young son was in a cast. He sat with us and kept us company. He helped us to our taxi and made sure the driver knew exactly where to take us. If you are worried about a language barrier, dont be, because I swear this man knows every language there is to know.The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. They even made sure our A/C was on and running before we arrived which was a huge plus because Korea in the summer is extremely hot. The cafe downstairs was adorable. They are located across the street from a huge mall, and right on an awesome shopping street, within walking distance( with small children)from Busan Tower. Things really come alive at night and there are tons of little cafes, bars and dessert shops in every direction just outside of the hotel. Not far from the ferry terminal,if traveling from Japan, as we did. Its near Gamcheon Village as well as Songdo it's really an awesome location. All around one of the best travel experiences of my life, and we travel A LOT! This place did not disappoint, you won't regret it.

Stayed in a 6-person room. The room was the same as the photo. It was very big and very clean! When I checked in, I also got a coupon for a coffee from the coffee shop on the first floor. The coffee was delicious~~ The code lock could not be opened, and the receptionist was also confused. They helped us deal with the problem very quickly and kindly. We will stay here again next time we come to Busan!

A newly built hotel right in front of the downtown area, Exit 7 of Nampo Station.It's a bit pricey, but the interior is stylish and the bathroom is spacious and clean.Free Americano + 20% discount on bread at the cafe during your stay (coupon provided)There are tea sets, sofas, chairs, and tables so you can stay comfortably.The bathroom and toilet were all set to American standards, and compared to other hotels, they were quite spacious and comfortable.The downside is that there are not enough outlets and there is no rubber seal on the shower booth door, so water leaks underneath.When I got out of the shower, the floor mat was completely wet.Oh, and before turning on the shower, you must always pull the shower switch handle and turn it on!!!!The default is an upper shower head, so if you just turn it on, you will be hit with cold water;;;

I made a reservation through Booking.com and stayed for 3 nights with my family of four.There was a staff member who could speak Japanese, and I had a last-minute request for an airport van early in the morning, but they arranged it smoothly. The cost from the hotel to the airport was 50,000 won (55,000 won if paying by credit card).I received a coffee ticket that I could use at the cafe on the first floor. You can use the toilet in the cafe on the first floor by borrowing a key from the counter.
