I stayed in a 43 pyeong deluxe room, and perhaps because it was recently built, it was really clean and the interior showed signs of a lot of care.As a family of three, we chose room 3, and everyone in the family raved about how good it was.It seems to have been built as a one-room rental business, but it was repurposed and operated as a pension, and some floors were rented out by locals.But there was no problem at all.There was a barbecue facility on the 4th floor terrace, and the view of Sanbangsan Mountain was visible from the window.One air conditioner in the living room. Another one in the big room.A place optimized for large family travel. Highly recommended.

I used a regular villa as a pension and used the family deluxe room, which has 3 rooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms, and a utility room. There are 15 towels provided and more than 10 pieces of bedding. There is a TV and air conditioning in the living room, and there is air conditioning in each room. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and has simple cooking utensils such as a refrigerator, electric stove, gas stove, and rice cooker. It is spacious and convenient, but the cleaning condition is slightly lacking. Good for a family stay at an affordable price. However, the sound of kids running upstairs was unbearable.It is convenient as there are Hwasun Beach and Sanbangsan Mountain nearby and a GS25 convenience store.
