Room was nice, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. The sunrise view from our room was pretty. Service was nice and friendly. Staff at the check-in counter spoke English well enough. Concierge were helpful both upon arrival and check-out. Assisted us with hailing a taxi for the airport. Shopping mall, metro stations and bus stops were within walking distance. Breakfast buffet had a wide-range of selections. There are Duty-free shops on the 8th floor.

Joy Kim helped me at the front desk - super warm and friendly. An awesome hotel with great amenities and access to fun parts of Busan. The bathroom was very nice and my room had excellent views of the city! The only downside is it’s not within walking distance of the beaches.

Comfortable bed, the pillows not so good. Our room was a good size for 2 ppl. There is a pool with a fully fitted out change room, hair dryers, lux shower area, & lockers. With a bar & food available. My room over looked the city, a nice view day or night. |It has many shopping, restaurant & transport options close by.

Convenient location, great buffet, nice gym and pool. Helpful concierge - helped us navigate cabs and provide recommendations for travel. The pool and gym were top notch. Dinner buffet at le seine was a bit pricey but well worth it - a true experience.

It’s a good hotel. However, there were two things that were deeply stupid and offensive, and thus warrant a 1 start review:1) We arrived at 1:48. We were told that check-in is at 2, and thus needed to wait. Why? I’ve never been to a hotel that has an on-the-dot check-in policy. It’s one thing if the room’s not ready but this is clearly a strict hotel policy, and a stupid one at that.2) there is a grand entrance to the hotel, but there’s a “cars only” sign. We got yelled at when we went walking there anyway — the intended pedestrian entrance is tiny and up a flight of stairs. I was traveling with my in-laws, and I’m sorry, that’s cooked. This hotel needs to fix their shit. They’re in the hospitality industry, and your first 15 minutes or so is the opposite of hospitable.

Lotte Hotel Busan provided us an amazing experience. Shout out to Joy Kim who checked us in with very professional service and made us feel welcomed. We had a room on the 37th floor and the city view was great. I would recommend staying here for a romantic stay.

Great location and close by a lot of food places. Easy to get everywhere thanks to the metro nearby and many of the busses that goes to popular places drive pass the hotel. Rooms are spacious so if you and nice, the only downside is no bright light sources in the room or bathroom. The sauna and fitness senter is also in same location so using one of them will consume one of your free visit.
