Many food options downstairs from traditional Korean, desserts and coffee (Starbucks in same building), and many 24hr convenience stores (same building). Self check in easy also has shared storage room for luggage up until room checkin time at 4pm. Coin laundry available same building (must buy detergent outside). Also can borrow umbrella from storage locker room. Room was just as pictured. Comes with hand soap and shampoo in room also. Wireless charger in room lamp. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms or outside during night.

Really nice rooms, no issues with the air-conditioning (available 24/7 during warmer months) windows do actually have a flyscreen. Easy to access with pin codes sent via emails. 50 meters from the ocean!!

After checking into the hotel, everything was great until the room got really hot. I tried to turn on the AC, but it wasn't working. The time was around 8:30 when we got back. There was an email sent out at 8:01pm stating that there is no AC from 8pm-8am. The room is very small and has no ventilation; making it difficult to sleep with the heat. The windows that can be opened has no screen to leave open; this leading to a bunch of mosquitoes in the room. How come there was no statement about AC not working from 8pm-8am?

I had no idea that songdo was this far from haeundae and gwangalli beach. So its hard to commute to main attractions in those area. Though the Gamcheon cultural village and Bupyeong Market was in the area. …

I have never heard of a hotel/ stay that turns off and doesn’t allow you to use the A/C or fan. It is currently 28 degrees with no air coming in, there is no screen on the door so it’s either I get eaten by mosquitos from outside or there’s literally no air circulating in the room. They sent me an email saying no AC OR fan use from 8 pm like are you kidding me ? Worse hotel I ever stayed at. Do not book this stay worse place I EVER stayed at.

Check in is such a hassle. There is nobody to help you as it’s all automated. The signs says check in information is at 1 so we hung around till then and then you get an email to say check in won’t be until 4. Which is very late in my opinion. The wifi doesn’t work so you have to leave to find WiFi to contact them. And then you can only chat to a bot. Not worth the money and would rather stay somewhere where you can get service
