A code to the elevator and room door are sent to you a day before check in via email.The room was very clean when we arrived. Contained a kitchenette with fridge and freezer, and washing machine. No hob or microwave.The shower is a wet room style shower so the floor of the bathroom gets wet. The gels and soaps provided smell great. Pressure and temperature of the shower was also great.The location is really good. Close to bus stops/markets, with convenience stores, restaurants and shops nearby.BUT… and it’s a big one… the bed has to be the WORST bed I’ve ever slept on in any hotel I’ve been to. It was hard (this coming from someone who actually likes a firm mattress) and the mattress is covered in plastic which meant any time I moved I was woken up by the rustling of a plastic sheet under me. I would wake up each morning after a broken night’s sleep feeling unrested. Unfortunately for me, this sticks out in my mind the most about this hotel.

This hotel is a great value and not too bad overall. The bed is a bit hard but worth it for a fridge sink and laundry in the unit.
If you're tech savvy enough to figure out how to check in yourself, then this is the place for you!

It is well located. If you need to sleep in the dark, I don't recommend it, a lot of light comes in, there are no fabric curtains.It's clean.

A solid 5.I recently stayed at BIFF Urbanstay Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its modern amenities and thoughtful design. The hotel is exceptionally well-equipped and extremely modern, just as depicted in the pictures. Its prime location makes it a convenient base for exploring the city.Despite some negative reviews, my experience was nothing short of excellent. The open internet access was fast and reliable, and I appreciated the detailed brochure provided, which contained all the necessary information. The automated system was seamless, and the absence of a traditional reception desk felt like a glimpse into the future of hospitality. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, enhancing the overall experience. I highly recommend MM Hotel for a futuristic and comfortable stay.

Very good hotel to spend a few days in Busan. Very comfortable apartment, large and comfortable bed. Bathroom also good with shower and electric toilet with jets. It has a small kitchen with kitchenware, as well as a washing machine. In our case room with sea views.TOTAL: €103 in a double room for 3 nights (€34/night/couple)

advantage:The location is good, close to shopping and restaurants, and there are several supermarkets nearby.The room and toilet are very clean and new. There is a small kitchen sink for washing fruits.CP value is very highshortcoming:There is no counter. To contact the hotel staff, you have to use online software or email.If you arrive in Busan on a red-eye flight early in the morning, it is not recommended to stay here because the toilets in the lobby only open at 9 a.m. and you cannot freshen up after storing your luggage before going out.

Hotels near BIFF Urbanstay boutique Nampo BIFFThe room is ok, the location is very good, next to BIFF, less than a minute walk. Located between Nampo and Jagalchi stations, there is a convenience store very close by. Here they will send you the password for taking the elevator, leaving your luggage, and your room via email one day before. It's very convenient, you don't have to sit and check-in. All the equipment in the room is provided. From the big refrigerator Electric stove with cup, bucket, pot Coffee maker with drip coffee washing machine Bathroom equipment is a rain shower and automatic toilet seat. Shower and shampoo smell good. Everything in the room is very clean. There's still no dust in the dead spot. The rooms are very well priced. For everything describedDisadvantages: You may feel insecure because you use a password and don't use a key, or you're too old to know. (Have stayed at Khao Yai It's like this too. And one of the doors on the landing didn't lock. This one feels really unsafe. But it is in a closed area. So I didn't think much of it.)
