It's simple but cozy. Superb location, just few steps from beach. There are many bars, restaurants and some food market next the guest house. The price is compatible with the service. They offer a simple and tasty breakfast.

Very very bad..... Arriving today on August 5, 2019, the appointment was for 2 p.m. the guard arrived at 2:20 p.m. and the surprise smells of urine in the showers, very very dirty mold in the rooms besides the guard vacuumed in the room in front of us. room without windows, sheets not changed, with stains and hairs ... we were forced to clean the toilets the showers so they were dirty and with smells not mold but urineThe cleaning was supposed to be done from 11am to 2pm but there was no one in the house at that time... and meanwhile the keeper on his computer playing a video game. of course we filmed and we took pictures stories to show you the evidence that this guesthouse is not serious

It's good for a quiet rest, but it's a bit disappointing in terms of the old villa building and cleanliness. Towels are changed every day.

There are approximately 30 beds on the first and second floors, and since it was a quiet time, we used the entire facility.Cleanliness may be a little lower, but you can enjoy the comfort of the owner and the advantages of a single-family home.It was a pleasant trip to Busan as they recommended many restaurants and restaurants nearby.Milk and cereal were also provided for breakfast.
