Not a boutique hotel : we have had a terrible experience with Blau Hotel.One of the staff member (lady at the front desk) was extremely rude and asked us not to do any laundry because it inconvenienced her (even though the hotel was suppose to offer free laundry - we booked the hotel for this reason). We were then ousted out of the lobby as it is closed to hotel customers in the morning.Tldr - Reasons not to pick this hotel :1/ It is impossible to do any laundry during the hotel business hours as the hotel staff uses the laundry machine to do the Hotel's laundry (cleaning the sheets, towels).2/ The lobby is not accessible to the public in the morning (the rooms being tiny, your only option will be to leave the hotel) + you cannot open the window in your room.3/ Note that there is no easy parking in this part of the city (despite what is advertised on the Airbnb page). If you want to use the public parking it will be around EUR 7 / day (again, not advertised on Airbnb)4/ The hotel staff we met is rude, not helpful and, generally speaking, should not be in contact with the customers :)

We stayed 3 nights and this was the best hostel we went to since the beginning of our trip in South Korea. The location is perfect, we did all our visit by foot. The owner is very welcoming and responsive by message. He cook stew for breakfast that is really good. There is washing machine and dryer to use. The room was big enough and very clean. Bathroom very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely come back here, totally recommend Blau hostel. Can be booked from booking. com

I wasn't expecting much since it was a hastily booked accommodation, but it was friendly and nice! There is also a large dog, but I don't know his name, but he said he is 4 years old. The owner even made breakfast himself!The location is really great. It's close to tourist attractions and the intercity terminal! You can store your luggage before check-in and even after check-out, so you can have fun!
