The hotel is very new, and the rooms are spacious. There is private parking available inside the hotel, but spaces are limited, so it's better not to arrive too late if you want to secure a spot.The check-in and checkout processes are smooth. It's also conveniently located near the Gyeongju Intercity Bus Terminal, making it easy to get around the city. Although the area wasn't very lively when we visited on a weekend, it was still convenient for accessing nearby attractions.The only caveats are the lack of proper night curtains and the absence of a top sheet on the bed, which might be uncomfortable for some guests.

The room is large and clean. The staff at the front desk are friendly. It is located next to the express bus station outside Gyeongju City. It is very convenient to travel to other places. There are many restaurants around. It is a great place to stay.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are large, well designed and beautiful, despite how new they are, I was surprised that my room, the sheets were impeccable, however there were cobwebs in the air conditioning and other spots, as well as stains on the floor, I don't know if it must have been carelessness or some other reason, because I noticed that when they clean the rooms they clean the floor thoroughly.

From outside the hotel seems rather old, however when you get into the room you have a completely different feelings. Our room was new, clean and rather large: 1 double bed + 2 large single bed. In the bathroom we even had two different shower which I have never seen before for an hotel of such category. You don’t get sheets on you bed, but a bedspread which might be uncomfortable for some. However we asked at the reception and the have us the sheets.In the bathroom you only get small towels, the ones you normally use for the face. Which are therefore not ideal for the shower, but I understand this is the standard in SK for hotels of this level. The breakfast is very minimal (only bread toast, some jam and hot water for coffee) so we never used it.The staff is friendly but they do not speak English, so it might tricky if you need info.The location: if you arrive and leave by bus is ideal because it is just in front of the bus terminal, so cannot be closer. You also have several caffè and fast food restaurants in the proximity of the hotel. However to reach the main attractions you need to walk around 20 minutes that might be challenging during the very hot summer.
