+++++++++1000 with reviews that have the opinions of women. There was one person who didn't welcome guests. First of all, he liked to wear long-sleeved coats and would sit at the counter on the left where there were brochures all the time. If you're a real manager, you can't be arrogant. I'll tell you first. My boyfriend still says he looks at people who look away. If you are a real manager, you should consider yourself or have someone with good human relations teach you a bit. Look at people who are very discriminatory. Look at customers who smile sincerely. I admire other employees. Another person complimented the cafe of a young man with a fluffy head and good service as well.

The hotel is clean, the receptionist is nice and smiling in the morning and evening shifts, but there is one thing: the employee has long hair, not very tall, probably a manager or not. I'm not sure, but I heard an aunt call me by the name of "Nong Broker". She doesn't always welcome guests, smiles, never smiles and turns away.Wear it like you can't see it. I've been here for several days and everyone is lovely, even the cafe. I don't mind anything, but I should improve my personality in human relations a little. If I were a manager, I would probably be late in human relations. You shouldn't become a manager with 2 friends. speak in the same voice

A good hotel, but very hot in the common area, they don't have air, that heat was transferred to the rooms where you have to turn the A/C very high. Friendly service and location that could be improved. But for that you can choose. There is a good cafe next door where you can have a good breakfast and good coffee.

Very good location for exploring Chiang Mai (or for being in the middle of the Songkran warzone). Our double room was spacious, clean and the industrial look is pretty cool. Bed as probably the most comfy in our 3 months of traveling around Asia. Lots of free water, cleaning when we wanted etc.There's a kitchen, which is nice for making simple meals. There are not a ton of bowls or mugs, and you cannot bring them to your room, so no making coffee and enjoying it in the room. People obviously did that anyway, because some days there were no bowls at all.My two main issues with this place were 1) the huge common area is too hot to be of much use. People generally sat with their laptops in the lobby, which has a/c. I understand that it would be incredibly costly to cool down that huge area, but it meant that almost no one used it. We had hoped for a place to sit and work a bit, maybe chat to some people, but it was way too warm.And 2) the wifi, at least on the 3rd floor where we were, promptly died every evening, so we had to use our mobile phones as hotspots. Just a heads up if, like us, you're looking at the pictures going "oooooh, nice large common area for me to sit with my laptop".If you just need a clean and comfy base for exploring CM, then I would definitely recommend this place.

The room was small but nice. 1 star deducted because our room smelled very strongly of burnt plastic.All in all we were satisfied.The laundry service is highly recommended! Good-smelling, ironed laundry within 24 hours

Easy to travel, easy to call a car, in the heart of Chiang Mai city, very good price, staff give advice and good service. Lots of shops and restaurants Including the best food sources The atmosphere surrounding the accommodation is clean, beautiful, and has many relaxing corners to chill. The interior of the room is decorated in warm tones and smells good. I really like it.

The room is clean and nice. Located in the heart of Chiang Mai city There are many places to visit not far from the room. Very convenient. There are many types of rooms. But we recommend a single bed room. The bed is very soft, the air conditioner is cool, and very quiet. The staff are friendly, very cute.

The accommodation is very beautiful. I have a very minimalist spirit. I like that the room is very clean. And the room is very well decorated. The service is very good and the price is cheap as well. Budget is less than a thousand. We have to go at least once. You definitely won't be disappointed.
