It was minus 10 degrees, there was no indoor heating and the electric mat was broken^^The front desk said they would come, but after a while they didn't come, so I asked them when they were coming, then raised their voice to tell me to wait, and then told me to leave so I could get a refund, so I went and stayed somewhere else in this harsh winter. Absurd~~^^ ~ I'm also a self-employed person, but these are really difficult times. .. It's hard to make money.. Haha, the boss's mindset is respect ^^;;
