The view is nice, and the staff is friendly.It's next to Shinsegae Mall, so shopping and dining are convenient.

It's a hotel with a nice view and it's nice to have a swimming pool. This is probably the only hotel in Daejeon with a swimming pool.The pool size and view are good.However, the fact that the shower room can only be used by two people is extremely incomprehensible.For this kind of lodging fee, you get two shower booths! This is something that cannot be forgiven.I wonder if the hotel owner is out of his mind.To get a quick soak before entering the pool, I had to stand in front of the shower booth for a few minutes while watching the person in front of me take a bath.After swimming, the staff also said, “Please take a shower in the room,” so I had to take the elevator while dripping with water.This was unforgivable, violence-like service.The fitness center is comfortable and has a great view. And the treadmill's walking video and easy-to-operate buttons were great. The weight dumbbells look pretty and bottled water and towels are well prepared.The rooms are fairly clean and the staff is friendly. The bed sheets are also comfortable. The reception staff appears to be well trained in answering phone calls and the housekeeping staff are also friendly.The main lobby where you check in is on the middle floor, but it looks a bit small. I think we'll have to wait in line in a narrow space later when there are a lot of holiday guests.Breakfast is 45,000 won per person. I wonder if there is a reason it is so expensive. Please remodel the pool shower room.

The room is clean and the view is good.There is no toothpaste or toothbrush, so prepare your own.Bottled water and soda are available for free once. (room minibar)There was no bathtub and the hair dryer was Panasonic.It is directly connected to Shinsegae Department Store, and when I returned to the hotel from the department store, I took my room key and the connecting door opened (7th floor of the hotel).Breakfast isn't bad either.

Stay from September 14th to 15thWhat is said to be the best 5-star hotel in Daejeon has poor sanitary conditions...After checking in, I will go sightseeing and come back in the evening.I went to bed right away and found mold on my pillowcase in the morning.I called the flagship desk and they didn't even come to check. Absolutely no intention to go again.Terrible Hygiene at a Supposed 5-Star HotelI stayed at this so-called 5-star hotel in Daejeon from September 14th to 15th. Unfortunately, the hygiene standards were absolutely unacceptable. After checking in, I went sightseeing and only returned in the evening. I went to bed right away, and it wasn’t until the morning that I discovered mold on the pillowcase.Shocked and disgusted, I called the front desk to report the issue, but no one even bothered to come and check. This level of negligence is inexcusable for a hotel that claims to be of this caliber.I will never return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I plan to post this review to warn others.
