This is an accommodation that I absolutely do not recommend. Both communication and service before and after booking were very disappointing.First, when I made a reservation and said I needed parking because I had 2 cars, there was no additional explanation or guidance, but when I called again right before check-in, they said that only 1 car could be parked inside. They said they would provide separate guidance regarding additional parking, but in the end, they responded with a straight face that they had previously provided guidance when parking and told them to use the public parking lot. The problem is that it was not even fully explained that this public parking lot is for parking on the side of the road.Although there was no prior notice about the maximum number of people with friends who came to enjoy vacation, an additional person fee of 10,000 won per person was requested on site. There was no such information on the reservation screen or page, so I raised a complaint and they said they would deduct the additional fee, but instead, they said they would charge an additional campfire fee. I knew that the heated pool was an included service at the time of reservation, but after arriving, they said they would not operate it until this week and showed an attitude that they would provide the heated pool as if they were being generous. Likewise, I made a reservation knowing that Bulmeong was included, but originally, they said I had to pay an additional fee, so I could see the business clearly.This attitude from the hotel felt like it was deceiving consumers. If you work in this industry or are not a meticulous consumer, this is a place where you can easily be caught off guard. Additionally, there was a problem with providing bedding. Even though they said they would provide bedding for 2 additional people before the stay, when we checked after arrival, the bedding was not prepared. They told me to wait and say they would provide bedding for 2 people later, but they only provided bedding for 1 person, probably because they were upset because they didn't receive the additional fee. I thought that the fact that bedding appropriate for the number of people was not provided meant that even basic services were not met, but I didn't want to fight any further, so I just received bedding for one person and stayed.I would never recommend this accommodation to foreign tourists, and it was a very unpleasant experience for me as a Korean consumer as well. The property manager was not trustworthy, and problems were evident throughout the property. I even felt uneasy all night due to the soundproofing issues, so I couldn't rest comfortably, and it's definitely not a place I would recommend or revisit.
