I made a duplicate reservation, but when I arrived, the owner was lying on the sunbed inside the coffee shop and didn't guide customers even when they came in. He waited for a while and said he would check. In the end, I was kicked out because I had a duplicate reservation haha. The reason for cancellation on the reservation app was also stated that it was canceled due to a customer request. It was really absurd.If you go there in person, you will be surprised at how many rooms there are in this small building. For the weekend prices here, there are many hotels with good views in Sokcho. If you don't have to go to Sokcho Pocha Street, there are a lot more things to enjoy if you get accommodation elsewhere.

The location is so good. It's right in front of the sea and there's a coffee shop on the first floor. However, the soundproofing is so poor that you can hear fireworks, car horns, and people talking all night long. You can even hear conversations in the room next door and even the sound of water running in the bathroom. It was a place with a good view, but the soundproofing was very disappointing, and although the room was clean, the bathroom was a bit lacking.
