I visited Sokcho for the first time in several years and stayed at Ilseong Condominium.Before coming to the condo, go to Sokcho Tourist Central Market.I bought this and that to eat and brought it in.Although it was peak season, there were not as many customers as expected to stay.Lobby - It was hot because the air conditioning was low.The facilities, especially the interior of the room and the bathroom, were very old, and the sauna room in the annex was large and spacious, but seemed in need of repair.I guessed why there weren't many customers.I hope it improves a lotThe view of Dalmabong in the distance from the room was beautiful, and Ulsanbawi Rock was also visible.Enjoyed the scenery around Sokcho

It's just okay, even though it's been a whileI think it was designed to be as modern as possible.Hygiene conditions were goodIf you go to the first basement floor, there is a billiards room, table tennis room, arcade room, and karaoke room.There was only one owner.Table tennis is 1.2 per hour, but I don’t know about karaoke.I think I played about 1.2 per hour in the billiards room.If you stay here, you get a hot spring voucher.It is only available from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.You can go the next morning.We do not operate the sauna at all.Only 1 is operatedThe electric car charger appears in the car.I don't think it's there, even if I look for it.There is also a convenience store on the first floor.

The overall facilities are outdated and wind blows in through the gaps in the windows. Individual heating is not possible as it is a central heating system.

You should keep in mind that the overall facilities are quite old. ^^ The room I stayed in this time also had a crack in the bathtub. lol. The location of the condo is very, very good. Moving around is also okay. I think I liked it because it wasn't too out of the way. It's hard to find a room in an old condo like this, so it's a great deal if you can find one.
