The room and kitchen are separated. The interior is clean, but it is a bit inconvenient to cook. You can eat grilled meat at a table outside. It's close to Naksan Beach, so it's perfect for a walk along the beach. Parking lot is ample.

The beach is a 5-minute walk.The room has all the pots and dishes, like a condo, and the air conditioner is cool.Water purifier on the 2nd floorYou can use the barbeque on the first floor for free by bringing a grill and cooking utensils.The owner is friendly

The facilities are a bit old, but the owner cleans and manages them himself so they are neat.The owner is particularly friendly, so I definitely want to stop by again next time.Since it is a condotel, self-catering is also possible.Last night, the owner even provided a ride to a nearby gathering place!It is good value for money at a cheaper price than those around it!^^

Personally, my weekend was ruined because I dropped my car keys in the sea water, but the interior facilities are clean, but the problem is that the air conditioner fan in room 303, where I stayed, is on the veranda. I wasn't busy at the time, so I couldn't take a picture, but there was something structurally strange. It's good because it's close to the beach.
