The service was not friendly, I arrived in the middle of the night, after arriving at security there was chaos, asking me not to order suddenly.Then during the extension, when we asked for a change of sheets, they said they had been replaced with stones before we came in, but because we didn't want to make a big deal out of it we went out and returned to the hotel at around 4 in the afternoon, without us realizing that after the red sheet on the mattress was removed it turned out there were bloodstains, we just thought it might be a used one that hasn't been washed so it's not a problemWhen we checked out tomorrow, suddenly we were charged because of blood stains, and the cleaning service said that there weren't any yesterday, which means that at this hotel the sheets are rarely changed, only cleaned, and my wife and I didn't have any injuries, so how could there be blood? Because I didn't want to make a fuss, I paid the fine and then checked outThe point is, the service is very bad, and we will not stay at that place again

This reddoors is very disappointing.The room was not uncomfortable at all, lit only by 1 small lamp which was not intended for room lighting but was only a small spotlight. The room is dark, very painful for the eyes. There were no amenities, and what was even more ridiculous was that they held my ID card until I checked out, even though the ID card was needed for my event needs. Only once did I enter a hotel that asked for my ID card to be held as "collateral". Even though I had paid in full before I checked in... what else was used for security? And if something happens to his room... why do you have to leave your physical ID card for security? Other hotels photocopy their guests' ID cards... if you don't have a printer to copy your ID card, you can just take a photo... if what you really need is the identity data listed on the ID card. Why do you have to physically hold the card??!! We guests are certainly not local people from Yogyakarta... if something happens while we are doing activities in Yogya and we don't have any identification, will the hotel be responsible???!!!How absurd.Next time, please improve the service...I complained about the lights in my room being very dark, there was no reaction from the management, they just said yes that's the light.Wow, 1 star for this inn...Critical. If I had found another hotel, I wouldn't have thought of staying in a place like this.

Really like this place... even though the rooms are simple, they are clean and smell really good. The AC is cold too. The downside is... it's hard to find food at night. Because the place is a bit far from the crowd.

The location, even though it's on a small road, is still close to everywhere, to Amplas it's only 5 minutes by motorbike, even I didn't walk until half an hour, nearby there is OTW Ramen and a cafe which is also worth trying, next to it there is Warmindo, in front there is an angkringan, for standard boarding rooms, exclusive The only thing I got was a room where the paint on the walls was starting to peel off and it was damp, coincidentally the AC wasn't cold either. The bathroom had a water heater but it wasn't very hot either. The room has a cupboard, table, TV with STB, queen size bed.

The service was really bad, I booked 3 nights via Reddoorz with pay at the hotel, the arrival time was according to the estimate, until I checked in the hotel, I paid in full. It turned out that my application was canceled even though I had already stayed, now I'm in doubt that I can't pay at the hotel. Plus, the water heater gas ran out and didn't want to replace it... it's called Wisma Syariah but looking for money isn't sharia...

The security guard on duty at night was really grumpy, I booked through Travelloka on 17-19, I paid when I arrived, there was no CS so the security guard took care of it, but when I checked in, I was told to use someone else's ID because there was no registration, it was really annoying, I brought the baby It took a long time for me to give him his room. My baby was already crying and just left him alone. That's it, when I got to the room, the hot water didn't turn on, how did my child want to take a shower, he was told to take a shower using cold water? When I told CS he said he was waiting for the correct person to come home from out of town, I came back early, I already said I wanted to move rooms, CS just said nothing, at 12 o'clock after waiting, there was no further movement or direction, I was too lazy to protest, I was tired, I wasn't even given a solution. .. I don't really recommend the accommodation, but for the environment it's really nice, lots of people selling food

I ordered it on the application, but when I got it it was already full, because I received it without the application, it didn't sync, it was supposed to be updated, it made me confused, in other places Red Doorz was the same, it didn't update on the application, like this, it's the fault of the hotel or RedDoorz, or both. no commitment, never mind....

Order via the application and have paid. Until the accommodation is full. The reason for double booking. What is that?! If it's a double booking and I've already paid for it, the payment must go to the accommodation, right? The org can't be called on WA and won't reply. I didn't stay there, I just took the money like that. The reason is not clear. Good luck with your efforts. Be careful about eating haram money.

You will be canceled by the hotel on the grounds that the room is full even though you have already booked it. After that there is no clarity on the refund which ultimately makes you have to declare the money.It's not scary, I experienced it. At this hotel. Happy holiday 😁
