Very very very unfriendlyOpen your eyes and speak in an angry toneI don't understand for the 10,000th time why they do this to customers who paid money.My fault for rushing it and not reading the review properly.I just took comfort in seeing similar reviews from others.Don't come. Pay more and go to a better place. I can't do two cost-effective trips because I'm in a bad mood.

The trees are nice because it's in front of the sea, but the exterior is nice??Inside...uh...? It should be a place where men only sleep together.Convenience. The price is very cheap at 70,000 per night, which is good.

The rooms appear to be poorly maintained and there appears to be no customer service or service mindset at all. There are no dishes, spoons, scissors, coffee pot, or microwave provided as standard in the room. Overall very dissatisfied.

In terms of location, it is a good place as it is close to Hajodae Beach (up to this point)Zero service spirit of the owner and employees,Well, if not the spirit of service, at least there is no consideration (is this the right expression?) for guests.If you go to the counter and ask, “Give me a towel,” I think they’ll just take it out for you.He said, “I’ll bring it to you,” and the waiter came up and looked around the room through the crack in the door.Throughout my stay, I suddenly rang the bell around 6 or 7 p.m. and an emergency bell rang on the first floor.I thought it was smoke, but why did the emergency bell only ring on the first floor? (I didn't even hear the emergency bell)The barbecue area is a mess with spider webs and various dust, but I have to pay a fee of 30,000 won for use.(Even though we brought portable burners, etc., so there was no need for charcoal grills, etc.)It's just place value ㅜㅜI didn't feel like blushing because I was with my family, so I came quietly without saying a word.Hajodae! It's a nice, quiet beach, but I'm writing this because I chose the wrong accommodation, which ruined my pleasant mood.Let alone my intention to visit again, I would like to discourage it.

We reserved it for 1 night via Airbnb and we didn't expect this place to be that great.The bedroom are big and clean. There is a private batheroom, toilet and kitchen in the bedroom (they provide towels, shampoo, conditioner (but no body wash), toothpaste, slippers, cutlery and crockery).We wanted to stay in Yangyang one more day. But we saw on Airbnb that out room was booked by someone else.So we asked the lady at the reception if it was possible to have another room for another night. She checked and gave us the keys right away. We could leave our luggage in the bedroom and enjoy 1 more day at Yangyang.Bonus : it was less expensive to book directly at the hotel than to book on Airbnb. It takes only 2 minutes to go to the beach. You just have to cross the road.It was a great experience.

Perhaps because this is the only pension near the beach, the personnel service is very poor. You feel like you should take a rest on your own. The only trash can in the room is the bathroom, and the only toilet paper is in the bathroom. You have to take all the dishes with you.

Bedding is dirty. Staff burns cigarettes while eating barbecue. The floor is soggy. There is mold on the veranda. It is dirty.

There is a sea view, but only 60-70% of the sea is visible because it is covered by trees, but thanks to the kindness of the owner, everything is covered and it is clean.
