The hotel wasn't clear, I had already booked and paid in full when I wanted to check in. The room was full, I gave it to someone else, then they said they wanted to help with the refund process for 7 days, until now it's been more than 7 days with no results, it's difficult to contact them, it's like there's no responsibility, As a result, I went to OYO myself, I hope the hotel will be given a warning like this, because in the review, I'm not the only one who has had this kind of fate, I hope the guard is also more professional and understands how to apply order updates so that they don't just accept guests even though they are. in the application, you've already booked and you've paid in full, if it's still like that, it's better not to show up on any application!!!The hotel has almost 3 stars and it doesn't take long for this hotel to become quiet because of the unprofessional actions of the guards

Already booked for 1.5 months, far from outside the city for a holiday to Jogja. Arriving at this inn, the room I ordered was already occupied. There was no clarity until waiting 3 hours. So on Saturday the 4th I ordered 3 rooms via Agoda, I had already paid in full, but when I got there it turned out that 2 of my rooms had been given to someone else, even though I had been booking for a long time, I was from out of town with the intention of getting to the hotel to rest but instead I was left idle until hours,And for the honorable sir, who gave my room to someone else on purpose and I have proof of his chat, have you ever thought about it, sir, if your customer is from out of town, brings small children, is fussy, you have to think again about looking for a hotel, looking for a hotel 3 room at the same time, on Sunday night and in the afternoon it's very difficult for you, bro. The intention is to have a cheap and cheerful staycation. But very disappointed. There's a blood on my blanked 😩 the bathroom is a bit dirty. The room/outside walls look uncared for, there is no tissue in the toilet. When the staff asked, was there tissue? Answered "No, sis, it's finished." Wait a minute. Is this the owner or manager, don't you check stock or what? How come you can run out of tissue? There were also lots of cigarette burns left on the table. So it ruins the appearance of the room. Sorry 2 stars for you guys 😮💨

I traveled with friends and it's good one for 4 travelers and or 4 members family.

This is amazing hostel. I love it so much. The mattress is really soft, the lockers are really big, there's a swimming pool. Free for drinks and the mother is very friendly. Oh, and for less than 80 thousand, getting a towel and soap is also crazy. You must come here if you are healing in Jogja.

Cheap but comfortable hostel I've ever visited in Jogja.Here serves accommodation for men and women. Non-married couples can stay here but must have separate rooms.Each room in the hostel provides four beds, so one room has two bunk beds on the right and left side.Regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, I think they are very clean, yes, they also offer AC and non-AC rooms. For AC rooms there will be two ACs in each room.Oh yes, the toilet is also very clean. It's really recommended to stay here.Priced at 145 for two days. I should have had breakfast every morning (even though I didn't take it), free coffee and tea and unlimited drinking water, and free wifi.You can also swim, there is a free small swimming pool here.The downside is that the parking lot is narrow and combined with a relaxing area in front of the hostel. But the service is very satisfying for prices under 200.
