When we arrived we couldn't help lifting the items to the 2nd floor, there was no lift. The room is suitable for 2 people. But there is no small cupboard to store clothes. There is no hanger. Can't get toiletries. The walls of the room were dusty with lots of spiders. On the floor a lot of hair. The shower faucet was broken. The shower water smelled a bit. There are 2 power plugs but only 1 works. The AC is safe 👌. Good service. The location is really close if you drive. But if you walk it's quite far.

You can get a spacious room on the first floor. And if you get the next floor, you have to go up the stairs. The location is also on the side of the road so it's easy to find. At least you have to take a vehicle if you want to go to Malioboro, because walking feels great🥵

The room still has hair falling out, and in the bathroom there are still traces of hair falling out, the bathroom floor is not clean, the bathroom mirror is very dirty

Just entered the hotel and it smelled of cigarettes, the room AC was hot. The bed sheets smell, the pillowcases smell, the bathroom is really dirty. Wouldn't really recommend it, especially bringing the family. Service is also VERY BAD.

The room was really dirty... it smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed sheets smell like they haven't been washed/replaced. When I checked under the dirty bed, there were lots of cigarette butts. The service was also very rude, especially with BPK SAMSUL, my room's AC was dead, I asked to move rooms, instead I said "If you're fussy, just move" even though I spoke nicely.

To be honest, the rooms are actually nice, but they are quite dirty, the staff is not friendly, there is a sign that smoking is prohibited, but there are visitors who smoke and are not reprimanded. The AC is hot, the sheets and pillowcases are smelly
