If you look up Stay Saint 21 on Naver, you will find many advertising blogs, but most of them are filled with only good-looking photos and soulless writing. So, although it is annoying, I am leaving a proper review of my experience.(merit)-The location is good. (It is close to Legoland. E-Mart is also nearby, so it is good to buy ingredients. The starting point of the Samaksan cable car is also right next to it.)-Of course it is a pool villa, but there is a relatively large and clean swimming pool. Perfect for children to play.-There is a spacious dining room with a charcoal barbecue grill.-You can watch Netflix.-There is a dehydrator at the entrance to the pool so you can easily dry your swimsuit.(disadvantage)-It's too expensive. Basically, I paid 1,080,000 won by card for 3 days and 2 nights on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and the day before I checked in, they called and asked for an additional fee of 510,000 won. (Additional person fee 200,000 won, deposit 100,000 won, barbecue charcoal 50,000 won for 2 nights, swimming pool lukewarm water fee 160,000 won for 2 nights) We paid a total of 1.49 million won for 3 days and 2 nights, excluding the deposit. ㅠㅠ-Receive a deposit of 100,000 won. However, I didn't feel good because they didn't return it immediately after leaving the room, and I had to remind them several times via KakaoTalk to return it only then. (I checked out on Saturday, but the deposit was paid on Monday afternoon) ㅠㅠ-They said there were 3 rooms, but the room on the first floor was not suitable for sleeping. So I have to sleep in the living room on the second floor as well.-Overall, the rooms are small, and the living room is also very small. I think the house is suitable for a maximum of 4-5 people.-It is difficult to say that the cleaning condition is clean. The insect screens are all torn, and the window frames are a bit dirty. It is difficult to say that the bathroom is clean. The entrance is dirty with discarded cigarette butts.(conclusion)-It's not at a level where I can recommend people around me to go here at this price.-However, I think it would be possible to recommend it if it becomes about 50% cheaper than the current price. (Honestly, I would have given it 1 star more if they hadn't paid for the charcoal and lukewarm pool water.)
