The hotel is not trustworthy, the items are almost lost, I have looked for them many times and then suddenly they are in the drawer even though they haven't been checked yet, the guard has cleaned up the room without using permission to enter, the watch is almost lost even though it was in the charger and there is only a charger.I've made a booking for 2 rooms, the booking code has come out, the billing has appeared but suddenly I can't read it, finally the exten pays in cashPARRAH SI NIH HOTEL

Hotel for those traveling on a low budget but the facilities are great!! You won't regret booking a room here because you saw an honest review on Google Maps 👍. Stayed 4 days 3 nights which was very memorable for me. The staff are good and very welcomingThe hotel is close to the city center, so where you want to go is very close and strategic plus there are lots of places to eat around the hotel.For facilities: mattress, mirror, cupboard, toilet, water heater, smart TV, wifi, security, free water refills plus towels, all clean and tidy.Thank you, owner of Le Reno Inn Wirobrajan.. always a blessing and if I have the opportunity to go to Jogja again I will definitely come here ❤️Thank you so much for Jogja ❤️

Located at wirobrajan, quite near from keraton and center of crowd yogyakarta,
i choose this location because i need to go to the airport early morning, journey to the airport just need under one hour.

We came here February this year. The initial room we were assigned didn't have a window so the staff got the manager on the phone and we decided to pay extra and upgrade to the Superior Suite in the hotel. The bathroom in this supposedly best Suite was unacceptably dirty with mold and grime. I have never seen this in a hotel before. 1) There was no toilet paper provided 2) The toilet itself and walls of the bathroom were grimey with pink mold. 3) There was an old towel left in the washroom from a previous guest with a lipstick stain 4) The sink had grime and the tap was swinging around and not glued to the sink. This washroom looked like a college bathroom. 5) The blanket they provided was so thin and looked decades old. 6) The chair they provided in room was broken and the seat was falling apart. We decided within an hour of staying that we could not stay there for the planned 3 nights. I let the staff downstairs know that we would be checking out the next morning. They said they would speak to the manager and we would discuss it in the morning. We spoke to them the next morning and there was a language barrier so they said to message the manager through the app. We did multiple times and never got a response. They charged us for the entire 3 night stay when we only stayed one awful night. We complained to Reno and they wouldn't refund us because we didn't take photos for proof of the disgusting state. Not clean. Bad service. Not cheap either after the upgrade. This place seems to have nice reviews and nice photos, but it was not like this at all.

Hotel near the highway. Mas, the waiter is friendly, kind and deft. Good service. I stayed 3 days, every day I always got a bottle of Vitamin. And offered to change sheets and towels.Rooms and bathrooms are clean.The car park is only sufficient for 3 cars.Thank you for accompanying us on the long holiday in February

The location is on the side of the main road, the parking area only fits 4 cars and a few motorbikes, the deluxe room is enough to add an extra bed but the pillows, sheets and sheets have to be requested first and then given, there are towels with liquid soap, a small toothpaste brush, the floor and bed have a lot of hair falling out from previous guests , the ceiling has a lot of leaking mold, if you don't have a problem with this condition, the rest is safe, the AC is cool, the hot water is good, the WiFi is quite fast if not many people use it, the TV is already a smart TV which can be used to watch Iflix and videos

Very dirty, the floor was only mopped sparingly and was very sticky. Lots of hair remains on the floor. The room was moldy, the sheets had black dots and the toilet was very dirty. The only good thing is that the AC is quite cold and the water heater works.
