The accommodation admin is kind and friendly, self check in, there are reminders on how to enter and check out, there is a manager on standby at the location.There is an iron, hairdryer, mukena, prayer mat, etc. There is even a kitchen, a water dispenser that can be refilled as much as you like. It's really great...Wifi is smooth + You can have breakfast with bread and bananas (didn't expect) 👍🏻The rooms are comfortable, clean, there is a balcony so there can be air circulation, and you can feel the fresh air when it rains.It's just that the location is a bit far from the city center. If you're looking for a quiet environment, it's really suitable. Worth it!

If you are looking for a quiet, private & spacious place to sleep / stay away from the ‘macet’ but not too far from the central of Malioboro then this is it. The room is spacious with high ceiling. Lovin the free washer machine and complete kitchen usage. No need to buy drinking water as there is water filter machine provided. Grab/ Gojek is in cheap range of rate and easy to get one. All in all its really value for money! Highly recommended. 👍🏻

The rooms are really aesthetically pleasing, only the bathroom is a little narrow. But it's really good, really clean, there is air conditioning, self check in and check out, you can get your own breakfast. Spacious, suitable for alone/two ❤❤ really recommend

The rooms are clean, the bathroom is quite clean (although small), the hot water works well, the wifi is quite good, it's delicious to provide breakfast in the form of bananas, plain bread + jam, you can also cook eggs. Eggs are provided, there is a kitchen and cooking utensils and eating too, there is a special refrigerator for guests because it looks like it is mixed with the boarding house, but it seems like the separate boarding house is on the top floor, then you are allowed to wash clothes, they are provided with a washing machine and clothesline (bring your own soap), the only minus is that there is no TV and the mattress is too small for just one/two.

Great place to stay for few nights. Amazing people and nice contact via Airbnb with the hostess. Do not expect the cleanest bathrooms but the rooms are ok :) thank you for a nice stay

The location is a little far from Malioboro, so if you want to go for a walk, make sure you bring a vehicle because there is a car park too, or extra money for a motorbike taxi. but the simple modern rooms are comfortable. There is also a table for working. overall feel at home. Moreover, the price is also cheap.

stayed here for one week and overall was very satisfying! really feels like home 🥰book via airbnb at a price that is very worth it for facilities like this. Make sure you get confirmation of room availability from the owner before checking in. self check-in system so there is no receptionist but there is Mr. very friendly and alert cleaner.the room is quite large and clean with a 120 x 200 UK mattress, bedside table, air conditioning, private bathroom with hot shower, no sink. there is a fairly large table and clothes hangers with hangers. no wardrobe. There is also a small balcony with a folding table for relaxing or having afternoon tea but you cannot smoke. Maybe it's not suitable for families with small children, but because it was just the two of us, the room was just right.The most important thing is that there is a shared kitchen complete with kitchen set facilities as well as eating and cooking utensils. Fresh bread and various kinds of jams and toasters are provided for breakfast. There is also a refrigerator and a dispenser so you can freely refill drinking water.On the 2nd floor there is a washing machine and drying area, so you can wash your own clothes. but this place also provides express laundry.Parking space fits 3 cars and around 15 motorbikes.The owner, Ms. Tika, is very helpful and responds quickly when there are complaints. we were even given complimentary beverages. definitely will come back here, thank youuu mba Tika 💕💕💕

This is one of my favorite homestay at Jogja! The host very good in communication, really help me. Eazy check in and check out.The room so clean, cozy. Really comfortable for your stay. There's no TV on your room. But TV on the 2nd floor. But the wifi good so you can streaming on your gadgets.Has breakfast you can eat toast, or you can buy indomie and cooked by yourself at patry.Overall, i loved it ❤️
